We've been doing events at the Hyatt Regency for years and have nothing but great things to say about the hotel! Their team is always attentive and accommodating and have a variety of beautiful event spaces. Not only is it in a wonderful location and walking distance to many Denver hot spots for guests, it also has plenty of food and drink options within the hotel as well!

The spaces at this hotel are spectacular. From the planning team, to the staff, everything was taken care of and amazing! Having your event here is amazing with the location on downtown Denver as well. There is so much accessibility to explore the city. If you are looking for a space to really wow your guests and have memories of a lifetime, this is your place! They work hand in hand to make sure everything you need is provided!

My husband and I shot video for a wedding here and loved it! The urban setting gives way for stunning video and the rooftop terrace was our favorite for the most amazing shots! The employees/staff were kind and helpful and over all we loved the ease of working here!

The Hyatt Regency was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. I couldn't have asked for a better property to work with, the employees were so kind and made me feel so special! The location in Downtown is unbeatable and they have so many gorgeous spaces to choose from - I highly recommend anyone looking for a downtown destination to explore the Hyatt Regency!

Yes, valet parking is available at the rate of $64 for up to 24 hours. We do not offer in-and-out privileges. Self-parking is also available in our adjacent covered garage.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

All outdoor events are subject to the Weather Call Policies. Weather Call will be made 4 hours in advance at the latest. Double Sets are available for an additional fee.

A room block may be setup for guests attending your event. Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. If you would like to setup a block of rooms, please inform your event specialist and they will be happy to provide you with a special rate and reservation link for your wedding guests.

All third party vendors must be licensed and insured.

An initial refundable deposit of 20% of the contracted minimum is required to confirm your date along with a signed contract. This amount of deposit will be utilized as contingency charges and/or cancellation fees. Any balance of this deposit will be refunded to you. Final payment in the form of a cashier’s check, money order, personal check, credit card, e-payment, or cash is due at least fourteen (14) business days prior to the wedding date.

All decorators/third party vendors must be approved by the hotel and must comply with Denver City and Fire Codes. Decorators/third party vendors must provide a certificate of insurance naming the hotel as an additional insured. Nothing shall be posted on, nailed, screwed, taped or otherwise attached to columns, walls, floors or other parts of the building or furniture. We are able to provide vendor meals; starting at $ 35 per guest.
