The Manor House

Exquisite Victorian Mansion

Our Victorian mansion sits on 45 acres, with views of the Catskill Mountains. With 12 guest suites, The Manor can accommodate all of your family and friends! Not only can the Manor house 28 guests, but it boasts of an on-site gym, a full-service spa by appointment only, a fire pit, two decks, wifi, multiple fireplaces, central air, and more!

Room cost

$1200 for 4 days, 3 nights for weekend events +2000 House Manager fee for the weekend. The House is rented as a full rental and not per room.

    Windham Manor was hands down the most amazing wedding venue. I cannot rave about them enough! Susan and Barry were so professional, wonderful and helpful throughout the process and they truly created a dream come true wedding venue and they end up being extended family by the end of the weekend. The house managers Teri and Karen were incredible. Their kindness and attentiveness the entire weekend leading up to the big day allowed us to enjoy our wedding weekend without any worries. They really have thought of every single thing you could possible want/need for your wedding and the whole team was such a pleasure to work with.

    We got married at Windham Manor on 07/01/2023 and it was utterly perfect. Susan, Barry, and Terry helped make sure everything was perfect and running smoothly the entire weekend. There were so many things that they coordinated (transport around the property, folks to help set up coolers, refill ice, set up the barn, set up the ceremony site, etc.) that we never felt too overwhelmed - despite it being such a big weekend! It was a dream to get to get married there and couldn't have been more special or beautiful.

    Look no further for an absolutely perfect wedding venue! The barn is stunning and creates an intimate and comfortable atmosphere for you and your guests. Having the gorgeous and large mansion right on the property made our wedding weekend so unique and also very easy logistics wise. We were able to spend so much more time with our friends and family and truly have an entire weekend of bliss instead of just one partial day. Susan and Barry are super knowledgeable and will do anything to help make your weekend perfect. We cannot recommend this venue any more!

    Windham Manor was the perfect wedding venue for us! Susan and Barry (the owners) were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect. I was nervous about everything being in done in time (we were one of the first weddings) but the barn and surrounding area looked absolutely perfect and all of our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. Having the house on site was the perfect place to get ready and everything ran so smoothly! We were able to host the day after brunch at the house as well. Our photographs of the wedding are amazing and we will always remember our special day at Windham Manor. We highly recommend Windham Manor to any engaged couple looking for the venue of their dreams!
