Escape the city to the historic hamlet of Jefferson in Upstate New York and immerse yourself in over 30 acres of photogenic countryside. Once an active horse farm, Catskill Ranch remains vastly untouched from the 19th century. Modern amenities have been added amongst the old wood & stone to provide comfort and convenience. With flexible layouts, we can spaciously accommodate upwards of 250 guests and also make smaller parties feel cozy and intimate. Our venue offers a 3,300 sqft. reception barn, a 10,000 sqft. rose garden cocktail area with bar & lounge and a cozy farmhouse with bridal & groom suites.

Reception Barn

Rustic, elegant, open-air reception barn.

Our main hall is a converted horse stable, elegantly repurposed into a 3,300 sqft industrial reception area. As you make your entrance from the rose garden, you pass under our grand chandelier towards a 40x20 elevated patio that extends out to rolling hills and endless forests. This open concept pulls in the famed beauty of the Catskills into every corner of the barn.

Adjacent areas for guests to explore include a half-acre lake, a 15,000 sq ft recreational area with games & entertainment, glowing bonfires and miles of groomed hiking trails in our forest.

Farmhouse

Your weekend begins here...

Included with venue rental is your own private farmhouse with bridal and groom suites. Built in 1900, this modest farmhouse was renovated with comfortable amenities and maintains most of its original character. There's a full kitchen, large bathroom with deep soaking tub, a dining room and parlor stocked with snacks and libations. The farmhouse can comfortably sleep 8 guests and there are plenty of charming bed & breakfasts in and around town for those choosing to spend the night.
