We're bringing affordable luxury to Schuylkill County in our newly renovated space designed with you in mind. The layout is completely customizable thanks to our mobile bar (included in your rental) and also hosts a bridal suite, brand new restrooms and a catering kitchen. Our seating options include round tables, a selection of rectangular and beautiful dark wood chairs.

Arrow Studio & Events was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From the very first interaction, their communication was fast, efficient and incredibly helpful. They were a true partner in the planning process, even helping me find an officiant just 4 hours before the ceremony when I thought I had lost my engagement ring - the staff went above and beyond to tear everything apart until they found it. The space itself was beautiful and extremely affordable, allowing us to focus our budget on other important elements. We are so grateful to the entire Arrow Studio & Events team for making our special day run so smoothly. Highly recommend this venue to any couple planning their wedding!

I absolutely LOVE working here! Not only will you fall in love with the venue, you will fall in love with the owners, Jared and Allie. Their means of communication are clear and honest, along with personalities to match. They are extremely helpful in planning your big day and are 100% about quality, which is HUGE. Jared and Allie will make you their priority which is important when planning your special day. They genuinely care about every aspect of your day, and as a vendor that is truly appreciated. As for the venue- a beautiful blank canvas that can 100% cater to your special day. I personally love the soft natural lighting. I thoroughly enjoy working with the venue and I look forward to frequenting!

Having grown up in the area, I was so excited to plan a party for my daughter at Arrow. Not only were Allie and Jared the sweetest couple ever, but their enthusiasm for the venue was contagious. From our first appointment, we were so excited. Allie helped my daughter decide on the color scheme as well as present ideas for the centerpieces and dessert table. Arrow took care of all the planning and coordination of vendors from start to finish. When it was time to sing, I realized I forgot the candles. Without missing a beat, Jared was so kind to volunteer to run out for candles and saved the day. It truly was a magical evening and I hope I am able to work with them again in the future.

Yes, we require the usage of an approved bar service and an event insurance policy ($175) with alcohol liability included.

During nights (after 5pm) and weekends there is free on-street parking, in the parking lot directly behind our building and garage parking at The Capital Parking Garage.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.

Set up of tables and chairs, clean up, tables, chairs, Arrow team members, online planning tool, visual planning sessions and the option to include signature china, flatware, glassware, and linens.

Yes, if you choose to have alcohol you will need to provide a day-of policy ($175) including alcohol liability coverage.

Your reservation includes 13-14 hours starting at 10am and concluding at 12am(midnight) on Fridays and Saturdays and 11pm on Sundays. This is including the time it takes you to set up and load up.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 30 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
