About this venue

Walden Country Club is an intimate venue just west of Annapolis with beautiful spaces. We specialize in elegant affairs with a classic touch. Our exceptional staff will assist with wedding planning, giving you the freedom to be present and enjoy the day with your loved ones. Say “I do” on the veranda, which overlooks the golf course and gives spectacular sunset views. The reception can take place in the banquet room overlooking the veranda, where you can sit down to a delicious feast, created from our many extensive menus. Walden Country Club is the recipient of several awards from Capital Style, including Readers’ Choice finalist for best catering and reception site.     Working with the Walden Country Club was a great experience. As a planner myself, it was awesome to work with someone who understands high level event requirements. The facility was extremely easy to work with and many options were presented once the event and theme was understood. Can't wait to have other events there.

    Our whole experience with our wedding at Walden Country Club was amazing. Ilene walked us through everything a year ahead. She was clear about payment and followed up with us along the way about all the details. She encouraged us to do what WE wanted! She kept everything very organized. On the wedding day, the staff was very attentive; Alice especially came to us with questions throughout the day. The setup and cleanup were well done. We also liked how often plates were cleared! The entire process beginning to end was painless and our day was perfect. THANK YOU ILENE & WALDEN STAFF!!

    The Coordinator, Ilene, was very understanding and listened to all the things we wanted to include to make this a successful event for us. She was very helpful and understanding of our ideas. The space was equipped and met all our needs. The decor was beautiful and heartfelt. The food was outstanding. The staff was very pleasant to us and our guests!
