125 White resin folding chairs, 20 6 foot folding tables, 6 60inch rounds, 4 high tops, a bar on wheels, kitchenette, patio, and custom marquee, all rentals include access to on-site loading/ unloading, on-site parking for the host, basic furnishings, walking distance to garages, lodging and dining for guests, facility manager during the event.

We LOVED having the space for our wedding! Team was flexible, creative and went above and beyond!

Yes! We require licensed/insured vendors for serving.

Yes! We offer a few spaces that are typically used for vendors and special guests. We suggest the rest of your guests park right across the street underneath the Westin Hotel in their garage, Park Place, or a block over at the Amos Garrett Garage.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We have a main entrance with a ramp, as well as large, handicapped accessible, single stall restrooms.

Your reservation is up to you! We rent a minimum of 5 hours, and you can add more depending on you and your vendor's needs. Whatever time you do reserve, it needs to include your start to finish, including the time it takes to set up and clean up.

Our hourly rental fee includes complementary tables and chairs. Prism 1 also includes a kitchenette, as well as a bar on wheels.

Yes! We offer the choice to either just rent our space, OR you can add on some additional services! We offer a full service which is where we pretty much handle everything---so that you can just show up and party! We also offer a partial service which is for just setting up/breaking down your furniture, as well as trash service.
