Y’all, it is not an over-exaggeration when I say: hiring EventBay and Bashan was single-handedly the greatest choice we made in our entire wedding process. I cannot thank Bashan enough for her services, in addition to her several helpers who supported our wedding. My husband and I contracted with EventBay for our day-of wedding coordination. We’d heard great things about her through our friend/my bridesmaid, and all the hype was real. When we say we chose her, we didn’t realize that this service would include Bashan showing up to and running our entire rehearsal, giving us wrap-around services the day of, and meeting with us several times leading up to the wedding itself. We were so incredibly grateful for all of the supports Bashan gave us throughout the entire process. In addition to her coordination services, we also contracted with Bashan for balloon decoration. Bashan got to know Miles and I with our initial call, in person meeting at the venue, and zoom call, and with all of that knowledge, she threw together the most BEAUTIFUL balloon arch. This took up one of the major walls in our wedding and was full of rainbow colors (I’m nonbinary), marbled balloons, and was complete with thoughtful details of rainbow roses inserted into every color change in the arch. WOW! Let me tell you: this thing took my breath away. I was married at a local venue, and while the event was GORGEOUS, Bashan insured that I would never be aware that a tragedy occurred at the venue unrelated to the wedding. She handled the issue with grace and her and her staff ensured that those of us in the wedding never felt the impact of what occurred. You never want a disaster to strike at your wedding, but to my knowledge, that day, I wasn’t even aware that one had happened, and that really speaks to the services EventBay provides. From now on, I will be contracting with Bashan for everything. If ever a friend needs an event planner, a decorator, ANYTHING, I will tell them: don’t go to anyone else. This is who you NEED!

Lissa and her team was absolutely wonderful from the initial contact up to the end of our wedding day! No matter what kind of wedding you're having, she will make you and your partner feel like you have all of her attention as the most important couple. Throughout the whole process, she was so professional and supportive, even with not as traditional ideas. She had such a quick response time, usually within a day, or a couple hours, and sometimes even sooner! Her attention to detail in making my timeline was also amazing and I felt that we were able to have the whole day planned to the dot before the big day. We had some small hiccups with the layouts that our venue had set up, but a quick word from Lissa had them fixing the issue. I've coordinated over 280 weddings & managed even more for venues! So I've seen some $#!t and have learned all of the tricks of the trade. When I'm not being a boss bitch on wedding days, I love to thrift shop, go paddle boarding, watch true crime, get tattoos and travel.

After our initial call with Meghan, my (now) husband and I knew that we needed to hire her for our wedding. She spoke with a lot of confidence and experience, and her energy was exactly what we were looking for in a wedding coordinator. In the planning stages, Meghan responded to emails promptly if we had any questions, and her planning guide and recommended vendor directory were so helpful in keeping us organized throughout the planning process. We booked many of the vendors from that directory, and the day came together so well because of the cohesiveness of all the vendors. The wedding day itself is where Meghan really shined. She got to our venue early and checked in to see how everything was going, and then immediately got to work.The ceremony and reception spaces were set up exactly how we imagined they would be, and set up was so ahead of schedule that we were even able to start the ceremony 15 minutes early because there was a threat of rain in the area. Throughout the reception, Meghan also checked in to make sure everything was going exactly how we wanted. And at the end of the night, she packed up all of our decor and organized the cleanup so we were out of the venue in a flash and off to our after party back at the hotel. I cannot emphasize how much Meghan went above and beyond, not just for my husband and me, but also for our guests, going as far as to get a toothpick from her car for one of our guests. With Meghan running the show, we were able to relax and fully enjoy our wedding day with our friends and family and not worry about a thing, because we knew she had everything under control. Run, don’t walk, to book her for your wedding!
