I had asked for referrals from a vendor, and he suggested Charlene, and she quickly requested a consultation. As soon as we hired her, she jumped into action asking for all my contracts and information I had since I already did most of the things. Charlene was prompt with responding to my emails and asked all the right questions. Charlene did more for me within that month than my other coordinator ever did in the last 2 years. Charlene was kind and direct, and gave many suggestions to elevate my ideas which was very helpful! Day of our wedding, I couldn’t have asked for a better turnout. “I got engaged on January 30th, 2024, and was married just a few short months later on May 18th, 2024. As a first-time bride trying to plan a wedding in such a condensed time frame, I was incredibly nervous, especially since I was trying to keep costs down. After securing my vendors and working on my timeline, it quickly became clear that there was no way I could enjoy my wedding day while worrying about coordinating every little detail myself. The sheer number of moving parts and tiny details was overwhelming. Enter Lauren and Kelsey. I had seen their work before as they were the coordinators for a friend’s wedding where I was a bridesmaid, and they did such an amazing job that I knew they were the perfect choice for my own wedding. Even though my venue provided a day-of coordinator, I realized that she (also so amazing at what she does) would be too focused on venue-specific duties like managing food and the bar to handle the full execution of my timeline, coordinate with outside vendors, or deal with the unexpected hiccups that inevitably arise. In just one month, they picked up every little piece of my 1,000-piece wedding puzzle and put it together seamlessly. Everything we envisioned, they made it a reality. “I cannot recommend Maddy and Cass enough for someone who needs help on their big day! I was pretty set on planning when it came to vendors, however I was completely lost on the logistical aspect of the wedding day itself.
