“I had received a floral arrangement from Fleur de Lis before we got engaged and I had noted how beautiful and elevated it was, so when it was time to look at wedding florists, Lana (the owner) was the first one we called. Our consultation went so well - I was not 100% sure what I wanted, but showed some Pinterest inspiration and Lana asked all the right questions and showed us options on tabletop decor, flowers for the arrangements and bouquets/boutonnieres. We left feeling so confident and excited to receive the proposal - which we received super quick and signed immediately - we were so impressed with all of the details and pricing was very in line with what we were hoping for (we got married during Christmas time and the club was already going to be heavily decorated, so we didn't need as much as a bare venue would ). Some wedding florists in the area won't even talk with you unless you can meet a high $ minimum - Lana is not that way. She and her awesome team will provide the best service and the highest quality product for every single customer - which says a lot! On to wedding day... through all of our interactions, I knew I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of - which was an amazing weight off my chest! “We were on a strict budget for our wedding. I knew that florals would be the best way to save on some of the huge wedding costs. I found out about Flower Moxie from googling where I would get wholesale flowers. I was immediately hooked once I saw the flower options, tutorials, and worksheets to help plan out my special day. I am very big on organization, and this website had resources for every step of the way. I found the perfect combination of flowers for my boho wedding. I ordered the flowers about 2 months before our big day. It was a destination wedding, so I was checking into our airbnb on the day the flowers were arriving. I had them scheduled to be delivered at the Fedex holding center near by. I thought the company only used Fedex shipping based on my research. I went into full panic mode when I saw the flowers had been shipped by UPS. I immediately called UPS and Fedex, and to be honest I was stunned at the behavior on the other side of the phone. The flowers were still in transit, and no one would help me with rerouting. I called Flower Moxie to see if they could change things on their side as they were the sender. Luis answered the phone and it felt like I finally had someone looking out for me. I had already spent 4 hours on the phone with the shipping companies and gotten nowhere. Luis said he was on it and not to worry. I ordered enough flowers for 18 centerpieces, 70 bud vases, 8 bouquets, and 1 flower arch. Needless to say, it was quite the ordeal to reroute everything. Over the next 48 hours, Luis kept in constant contact with me about the progress of the shipment. I know I was on the phone for at least 6 hours with this ordeal, and I wouldn't be surprised if he had spent about 15 hours talking to UPS, Fedex, florists, and customs to get me my flowers. He made me feel calm and taken care of. Everyone was coming to me with questions and concerns the entire wedding week, and I can't express how it felt to have someone have my back, and take an extremely big tasks off my plate. I would absolutely recommend this company for DIY brides. And I hope this review is seen by Flower Moxie to highlight an outstanding employee with excellent customer service. In an age when it takes time and multiple attempts in order to talk to a person on the phone, I am so appreciative of the effort that was given by Luis for my wedding day. Due to the rain in the forecast, we decided to get an arch for an indoor ceremony at the last minute, and I asked Becca a few days before the wedding if she could add a spray for the arch. They had another involved event scheduled for that weekend, but her team made it happen! The colors weren't precisely what I expected, but I absolutely loved my bouquets and spray, and so did everyone else. The textures were perfect- exactly what I wanted! “OMG! I absolutely love Katy. From the initial appointment to determine what our vision was for the wedding and reception decor, I felt very at ease with Katy. Katy took great care to try and learn what my vision was for the wedding and how to use her expertise to create what I wanted. I liked that - and this enabled us to truly create a custom one of a kind look for our big day. Katy was kind, accommodating and responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. I would bounce things off of Katy and without hesitation, she would first clarify what my vision was, and then add her input based on her expert eye for detail, color coordination, etc. On the day of my wedding, I broke down into tears at the beautiful, dreamy atmosphere that Katy and her team had created for my spouse and I. It was literally everything thing I had dreamed of; it had the glitz, glamour, bling, sparkle, romance and more than I wanted. Katy even added touches here and there that she felt were needed to add more beauty to the venue. She exercised her creative rights. My guests could not and have not stopped talking about the beauty of it all. Additionally, a few days before the wedding, I was not pleased with a mock up of my bouquet (provided by another vendor) - and Katy to the rescue! Within about 3-4 business days, Katy and her staff PERSONALLY delivered the most beautiful, sparkling bouquet that I have ever seen (along with a jr. bouquet and corsages). She made it her business to make me happy. I am truly sad that I won't be talking to Katy as much any more since the wedding is now over.
