“We took on a lot of planning ourselves, and hired Rina to be our day of coordinator--or really month of coordinator--and out of all of our planning decisions, hiring Rina was one of the best decisions we made. Ahead of our first call, we sent a long document outlining the ideas we had--which she looked through and gave us useful feedback on as we considered what support we needed most. We had some unique ideas for how to do things our own way--and it was also clear from our conversation, that while Rina knows how to do a "textbook" wedding--she also knows how to listen to clients to help them make their unique vision a reality, even if that requires some creative thinking, crafting, or problem solving. When we did our venue walkthrough a month before the event, we sent Rina another long document, floorplan, and schedule the day before--and she once again arrived familiar with all of it. She had crucial suggestions, important questions we hadn't thought of, and proved again she was the right person to help us get prepared for the big day. That pattern repeated once more at rehearsal which was very efficient! The day of our wedding, Rina was punctual, professional, and in expert control running the show we had put together. She had already connected with all of our vendors, reviewed all the decorations we designed and how they set up, and was fully familiar with the timeline. When the inevitable surprises popped up, she was quick to roll with the punches--in a way that kept our plans on track! The entire event was not just beautiful, unique, and exactly the vibe we had envisioned--but it was also EXACTLY ON SCHEDULE, from set up to the paper lantern send off at the end! We are thoroughly impressed, and can't recommend Rina highly enough! She was our not so secret weapon. Let her be yours too! And make no mistake, while we had Rina as our month-of-coordinator--we would have absolutely hired Rina to take on the entire thing if we hadn't enjoyed planning so much (and even then, we couldn't have finished the plans without her input!). I will also say, having planned so much ourselves, it really made it very personal to us that the schedule we made, the decorations we crafted, and the timeline we envisioned were faithfully executed. It was so personal, that I thought it would be hard to hand off our cherished plan to someone else. Who could know it as well as us or care as much? But every conversation with Rina made letting go easy, because it was so clear she was listening to us, and understanding us. There is no one else we would've trusted with our plan except Rina.”

She was super responsive and available to answer questions throughout the process and give recommendations. Her recommendation on wedding dress alterations saved me 600 compared to the first place I went to! There is a lot that happens in the last 4-6 weeks before the wedding; all of your vendors are reaching out about final details and decisions, which Sarah helped us handle. She took the initiative to email all of our vendors which took the stress off of us and allowed us to only work with her in the final weeks as she communicated everything out to the rest of our vendor team. I believe our wedding was the first time she and her team had been to our venue – Riverside on the Potomac in Leesburg, Virginia – but you never would have known it. In particular, she nailed our timeline, which was such a big help for us not to have to think about much. On the wedding day, she was on top of everything and from my husband's and my perspective, everything went to plan and there were no hiccups! She does everything through Google Docs and Sheets which makes things super easy for you to work on as you have time and it’s nice that it’s all done in one place, not back and forth through lots of emails!”

We also decided to add on content creation with Teri late in the process, and we are SO glad we did. She was amazing—funny, kind, unobtrusive, and everywhere at once without ever feeling like a camera was in our faces. A couple of days after the wedding, we received our raw video dump, and it is worth every single penny. I’ve spent hours reliving the day through all the behind-the-scenes moments she captured with our guests, family, and wedding party. She didn’t miss a thing. We can’t wait to see the short-form content she creates, but honestly, the raw footage alone already exceeded our hopes. We are genuinely obsessed with this team. “Unlike some other reviews I’ve written, this is a very easy one to write because of how great our experience was with Caroline and her assistant. Now that we’re on the other side of our wedding I can say hands down hiring Caroline was one of if not the best decision we made during the process. We both can not recommend her more. One of the best aspects of working with her is that she will streamline and simplify the process, she’s also a great consultant resource for the do’s and don’ts of wedding planning. Despite having many balls up in the air she is an excellent communicator. She responds back in a timely manner even when she is busy working with other clients. Moreover, her assistance the day of the wedding was critical to its success. We actually finished our wedding 30ish minutes ahead of schedule which gave us more time for the reception. If that doesn’t say good project management skills I don’t what does. That feat was made more impressive because we had a Hindu ceremony and Christian one, making it a very long day. “My husband initially chose Carmen because they went to the same school, and I have to admit, I was sceptical. I worried it might end up being two against one. I could not have been more wrong. From the very beginning, Carmen treated both of us as individuals and worked tirelessly to merge our ideas into one beautiful, cohesive event that felt authentically us. One of the first signs that she was the right fit came after our initial meeting. We shared a frustrating story about another planner who refused to work with us unless we increased our (already healthy) budget. Carmen immediately took our budget seriously and promised to make magic within it, and on that, she delivered. Even while she was going through a difficult time personally, she remained a consummate professional. We would never have known what she was facing because she always made us feel like her top priority. Whether it was a late evening Zoom to accommodate my teaching schedule or a weekend email reply, she was always responsive, thoughtful, and fully invested in making our vision come to life. Carmen also connected us with the perfect vendors. She knew exactly who would match our personalities and bring our ideas to life. Our photographer captured the day in a way that still takes our breath away, our florist executed our language of flowers vision flawlessly, and our DJ kept the dance floor packed all night long. Ashley and I had multiple planning calls in the months leading up to our wedding to review details and tasks that I needed to accomplish in order to stay on track. As we got closer to the wedding Ashley began taking on coordination tasks such as putting together the wedding day timeline and reaching out to all my other vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. Throughout all these interactions she was on time, detail oriented, friendly, and followed up promptly with any action items (timeliness of email responses and follow up is a pain point I had with some other vendors throughout the wedding planning process, but not Ashley). When it came to the wedding weekend Ashley drove all the way to our venue location to run rehearsal and communicated frequent updates with me when she was running late due to traffic. Despite the delay we were still able to run the rehearsal quickly and get to our next event. On the wedding day itself Ashley kept all our vendors operating efficiently, set up our decor exactly as we asked, and jumped in to proactively manage a couple unforeseen bumps that occurred throughout the evening. At the end of the night she packed up everything and placed it in the bridal suite for us to pick up the next day. Although we didn't add content creation to our package, Ashley still took some video clips on her phone throughout the day and surprised us the next morning by texting them over -- it was such a thoughtful way for us to relive the day. We cannot sing her praises enough an encourage couples to hire Ashley for their wedding planning needs as she continues to grow her business.”

“I cannot recommend Maddy and Cass enough for someone who needs help on their big day! I was pretty set on planning when it came to vendors, however I was completely lost on the logistical aspect of the wedding day itself. Maddy and Cass were lifesavers in creating the perfect timeline with plenty of Plan B options (which we utilized for weather!). They were so thorough, responding with the most thoughtful emails to some of my silly questions. We hired them for "wedding management", but they did so much more than that. They had an intro call with us, came to my house & met my parents, went to our walk through, had another final call, and were with us from the morning of the wedding day until midnight. They thought of creative solutions for me to address vendors when things got a little hairy, and even offered to reach out to my vendor for me. The day of packet they created was unbelievable. They were everything I needed to keep my day stress free.”
