I'm Geraldine & I have been planning events, both professionally and personally, for 8+ years and I am thrilled to finally offer my expertise to hosts & couples who want to make the journey memorable. I have an incredible eye for detail and I strive for our events to reflect our couples and their personality in the most memorable ways. I consider myself Type A and a professional over-thinker, allowing me to see your event from all angles, ensuring all factors are considered and that your event has the best logistical flow. I will ensure that your event is executed to the highest degree, following your vision & desires for the big day.

I am hard working and incredibly dedicated to ensuring our couples have the best experience. My greatest asset is my ability to stay organized, keep my couples grounded in the process, and produce an event planned with efficient logistics, but more importantly, with intentionality and purpose. Finally, I am able to create strong, long-lasting interpersonal relationships that will benefit our clients while producing this special day!

Our full planning package is the most comprehensive package to guarantee our couples will have a stress-free experience. With this package you can rest assured that those big ticket items are being cared for and that your event is being crafted to a precise level of detail.

This package is built for the hands-on couples that want to have a bit more help than the traditional coordination package. With this package, we work together to ensure your vision is being met to the highest degree.

This is for weddings of guest counts fewer than 50 people and we offer both full and partial planning, as well as our month-of-coordination, package at a lower rate for smaller weddings.

Our Month-of-Coordination package is built for the couples who want full control of their wedding planning process but need someone to take the stress from them in the last stretch of wedding planning. This package begins services a month before and will ensure that your stunning event is executed to the highest degree.

    Geraldine was tremendous throughout the proposal planning process. She struck the perfect balance of listening to what I wanted while making recommendations and guiding me through the various considerations. I had to push my proposal out a few days due to unforeseen circumstances. Geraldine helped me minimize costs associated with the original plan and helped me put together a new one very quickly in a new location. She reached out to venues and photographers on my behalf and helped me think about the logistics of the day. Her guidance was worth every penny and I highly recommend her for your event planning needs.

    Geraldine really went the extra mile bringing my dog Jax to the ceremony. She kept him calm, quiet, and very well cared for. Beyond that, she took the time to call me before the wedding to organize and understand my vision for the day and was very well organized. Highly recommend her for planning any event, weddings especially!
