Amazing!!
Protea Event Planners was a fantastic choice for our wedding planning needs. Their communication style was fast and professional, always responding quickly to our questions and keeping us well-informed throughout the process. The quality of their work and the value they provided was genuine and caring - they truly felt like an extension of our family, helping to calm my nerves on the wedding day and guiding us through difficult decisions with vendors. Most Incredible Wedding Planner
From the moment we started working with Protea Event Planners, we knew we were in good hands. Caroline and her team were incredibly friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable throughout the entire planning process. Their communication was always clear and trustworthy, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was flawless. The attention to detail was invaluable - Caroline thought of every small touch, from having tissues on hand to providing tide wipes to keep my dress looking perfect. I never once had to worry about the vendors or timeline, as Protea Planners had everything covered. Their work was truly beautiful, and I would recommend Caroline and her team to any couple planning their wedding. Protea Event Planners made our special day unforgettable.
A - Can't Recommend Enough!
We brought Caroline on 4-6 weeks out from our wedding. She was instrumental in helping alleviate the pressure on us during those final weeks - she became the point of contact for all our vendors communicating behind the scenes, making sure all the final details and arrangements were being made and accounted for. We would meet regularly for status check ins and she always went above and beyond and offered to help with anything else that she could. Even for our rehearsal dinner which wasn't exactly part of her job description, she was beyond helpful in helping pick things up to/from the venue and caterer because we couldn't. She is extremely organized, communicative, solutions-oriented, and not to mention just a cool person who is so friendly and funny that she'll make it feel fun. Can't recommend Caroline and Protea enough!

Caroline was incredible. She is so easy to work with and helped us create the wedding of our dreams. I loved how responsive and knowledgable she is. It really made the entire process a breeze. I did not do all the traditional parts of a wedding and I so enjoyed how Caroline was able to curate our wedding to make it feel more special and unique to us. She is truly the best planner and if you work with Protea Events, your wedding will be perfect, trust me!!!
