Our founder Anna is a Christian small business owner, female entrepreneur, and desires to work with clients and couples who share her same faith. At Penderview Events we are always happy to work with clients who don't share our faith as well, as we pride ourselves on being very open-minded, genuine, accepting, and encouraging. Many clients have commented on the "energy" of Penderview Events before too! Our founder Anna is hospitable, down to earth, and extremely positive. She's a very hard-worker, confident, decisive, and a big believer in loving others well. This business is predicated on those things, and we are thankful to be in business!

Description

Our starting rate for day-of coordination is $1,500. This includes three one-hour planning meetings and up to 10 hours of coordination support the day of the wedding. We also charge $150 for rehearsal support, and require assistants on weddings of 80+ guests, at an up charge of $300/assistant.

    We hired Penderview Events for day-of coordination and are so glad we did! From start to finish, Anna and her team were an absolute joy to work with; they helped us with our wedding day timeline, handled communication with our vendors the week before the wedding, and jumped in on the wedding day to bring our vision to life while also managing personalities and schedules with ease.     Penderview Events truly went above and beyond to make our day PERFECT. As a DIY and meticulous bride, we knew Anna was the one we would entrust with our vision the moment we had our phone consultation; she was so incredibly sweet and enthusiastic about our big day, and I immediately felt a sense of ease that she will be able to handle all the shenanigans and i can pass her the torch with ease. Although she was hired for "day of", she assisted us in any way possible months leading to and made sure we were on top of all the important tasks leading up to the day of (i.e. vendors contact info, finalizing timeline for the morning/day of, etc.). My big day unfortunately started off disastrous (I became car sick), so I was unable to give guidance with the decor during set up. But since one of the tasks Anna asked me weeks prior was for a list with all the decor and how/where I wanted them placed, Penderview legit made my vision come true!!!!!!!! Penderview was so attentive, that they were even able to place some items which I gave no instructions for (i.e. last minute decided that we wanted wedding party to sit during the ceremony, so I made name placement cards for the reserved chairs, and without mentioning it, they were placed on the chairs in processional order). Penderview was able to execute every event and details on the timeline FLAWLESSLY, and I was able to enjoy the event with ease knowing that everything was in such capable hands. We felt and saw how invested Penderview was throughout the day in making it perfect for us, especially the attention to details and handling all the logistics smoothly behind-the-scenes. I also really appreciated Anna’s assertiveness when hiccups would arise (ie, making sure guests wouldnt be walking in while were ready down the aisle/stay out of view, wedding party prioritized drinking and forgot to come back for portraits; flower girls kept running infront of camera during portraits, and so many other headaches i did not want to deal with, etc.) Not only was Anna able to accomplish and execute my vision beyond expectations, but she was also my emotional support and my right-hand lady, making sure I was always hydrated. Anna’s empathetic and kind demeanor made her feel more like a close friend than just a ‘day of coordinator’. Hiring Penderview was the best investment we made. Thank you so much for making our day magical and we will forever be grateful to Penderview!!!

    We worked with Anna and Kim for the planning a few times leading up to the wedding, and Kim and Pli were our coordinators on the wedding day. Everyone was great! Anna and Kim are very organized and helped us think of the little details along the way! Kim and Pli were so helpful on the wedding day! I would definitely recommend the team!
