Hi, my name is Katrina! I have been coordinating weddings for almost over a decade now. I started doing weddings with my mother who was an event planner and designer at the time and fell in love with the process and being part of such a beautiful occasion. I work with clients directly from weeks to several months to help curate, design, execute making their dream come to fruition!
My goal for every couple is to find someone that fits for them and compliments their special day. It is important to establish a good rapport between the couple and coordinator in order to create a magical event. I encourage every couple that whether or not they decide our studio for their wedding day, to please reach out if they have any questions/advice needed. Additionally, I am the small business owner of KDOTSTUDIOS LLC, a handmade shop that consists of hand poured soy candles, custom gifts, signs, and stationary for events and weddings. This may include candle favors, custom welcome/ceremony signs, seating charts, and more.

Katrina is the best!
From the start, Katrina was a pleasure to work with. She was always kind, considerate, and easy to talk to, making the planning process much less stressful. Her hard work and organization really shone through - she assisted us with creating a detailed timeline for the day. Thanks to her efforts, our special day went off without a hitch. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planning experience.

Hiring a day of coordinator was a last-ish minute decision for us, but I am SO glad we did. Katrina was beyond professional, so kind, and absolutely understood my vibe. She was very relaxed, and never made me feel like I was behind in planning. I really loved our meetings leading up to the wedding, as she made me feel more confident throughout the entire process. She was absolutely invaluable to us having a beatiful, stress-free day. I am so glad we decided to book with Katrina and had the opportunity to work with her. Highly reccommend!
Excellent Day of Coordinator
Our wedding was such a wonderful experience for all our guests and vendors because we had such a great coordinator to organize everyone and keep us on schedule. We couldn't have done it without Katrina and her expert managerial skills. She is really a gem. Not only is she a great coordinator, but her personality, warmth, and effective time-management skills made sure we achieved everything on our timeline with Joy. I had the pleasure of working with Katrina as our wedding coordinator and I cannot speak highly enough of her attention to detail and meticulous planning. Though I had 15 people in my wedding, due to covid, it still felt like a dream come true getting married that day. She had planned a mini surprise for my best friends to come and see me before I got married which was very special. I thank Katrina for making my wedding a memorable one and even though it wasn’t traditional because of covid, she was still able to bring out what I had envisioned for my covid-19 wedding. Her quality of service was superb and I highly recommend.
