Beware
Avoid The Bailey Experience Wedding and Event Co. at all costs. Teyanna Bailey, who previously operated under the name Essence of Flair, has a long history of taking customers' money without providing the promised services. In our case, they nearly ruined our special day and we never received the products or services we paid for. Their communication was limited to email and phone, and they were completely unresponsive when we tried to resolve the issues. Based on our experience and the reports of other couples, this business should be avoided - Teyanna Bailey has simply changed the company name in an attempt to hide from her past misdeeds and continue defrauding customers. Stay far away from this unreliable and unethical business.

Teyanna was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were hired by Teyanna as the DJ & MC for a wedding client in Ohio. She is very professional, responsive, and she was always available to answer any questions we had. The quality of her work was top-notch - she is very detailed, creative, and remained calm under pressure throughout the entire day. Teyanna created a very detailed packet that included everything we needed, and we were able to seamlessly follow her timeline for a very smooth ceremony & reception. Even with Teyanna traveling from New York to Ohio, everything was on point and ran so smoothly. We highly recommend Teyanna & The Bailey Experience Wedding and Event Co. to any couple looking for a talented, dedicated wedding planning team. We look forward to working with her again!
SHE RUINS WEDDING DAYS!
I'm entirely certain that the reason this vendor has 4.3 stars is because she's giving herself 5 star reviews to offset the 1 star reviews that she has rightfully earned. I hired her under one of her many other company names, that has now conveniently been wiped off the face of the internet, and she 10000% will back out of your contract the week of your wedding and you'll be lucky if you get your money back. She builds up your hopes that she's the perfect wedding planner for you and then will absolutely CRUSH you just a few days before your wedding. Zola should be ashamed to even be advertising her because she's just not a real wedding vendor. No respectable wedding vendor would back out on a bride the week of (or day of) the wedding and it's clear that's her business model. Do yourself a favor and don't even consider this vendor. She'll have you crying and scrambling the entire week of your wedding and she will not show an ounce of remorse. If you are looking for a real wedding vendor, then stay away from Teyanna Bailey and her fake companies.
Hire Her Already
Teyanna an her team went above and beyond for my wedding. My family stressed me out during the process and my mom was very overbearing but Teyanna made sure to make her feel included in the planning process; which I really appreciated. Teyanna kept me on track with my budget ensuring I didn’t overspend as sometimes I like things that are outside of my financial reach. She never tried to force her will on me and always made sure what I wanted was at the forefront. On the wedding day, I arrived to the bridal suite at the venue and there was already breakfast there waiting for me and my bridesmaids and hair and makeup team. The groom and team had food and drinks also even though they arrived much later. The whole day was absolutely perfect and Teyanna made sure everything was on time as my family has a problem being on time. Teyanna never broke a sweat and planned my whole wedding with ease. I completely recommend Teyanna and her team for your wedding planning. Oh and she did my flowers too and they were stunning. I cried when her assistant brought my bouquet to me. I cried a lot that day but it was all happy tears. Weeks later and I’m still happy and on cloud 9. Hire Teyanna already!
