The Professional Maid of Honor is a Boston-based wedding coordination and planning company. Our team covers all New England states - Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. Our team specializes in wedding planning - we do everything from designing and ordering invitations to researching and booking vendors. Let us take the stress out of your wedding and plan all the details for you!

You will have a small and dedicated team available to assist with all things planning. We don’t take on a ton of clients at once because we want to ensure each of our couples gets the best service possible. All of our packages are customized to your specific needs so you get exactly what you want, and don’t pay for extras that you don’t need. All packages include unlimited communication for questions, consultation, rant sessions about meddling family members, whatever you need! We will become professional besties with you to ensure your big day goes off without a hitch, and is exactly how you imagined it.

    Katelynn was great to work with. She helped us figure out a budget and timeline and then helped us make adjustments as needed as we started to book vendors. She did a lot of the outreach to various vendors, which was very helpful for us in making final decisions. She found a good balance between doing stuff for us and letting us tackle the stuff we wanted more involvement in. She also made all the signage for the wedding and was very patient in iterating through revisions with us. On the day of the wedding, she kept things organized and all the vendors coordinated. She adjusted the timeline to accommodate for some late transportation. She came prepared with supplies to tackle anything on the day of the wedding and even helped make some quick alterations to the wedding dress during cocktail hour! She did all the decor setup and breakdown and even packed cars for us at the end of the evening. Even after the wedding was over, she continue to help us finalize some contract details with one of our vendors. Overall, Katelynn and her team were so easy to work with and we'd definitely recommend working with them!

    Working with Katelynn was probably one of the best decisions that we made during our wedding planning process. Katelynn and her team were always responsive, very attentive to our specific needs and vision, and saved us SO much time and stress.     Katelynn was great to work with. She made sure we had all the vendors, decor, etc. all perfect and ready to go by the day of the wedding. I asked her a million questions and always got a response quickly and she was always willing to look into things she didn’t have an answer for. I had a smaller family only wedding in Italy and then a larger one in flag hill that she helped out with and I would have been so lost without her trying to plan two weddings. She even did all my name cards and had them shipped overnight. Highly recommend!!!
