    Good service is typically made up of clear and professional communication, timeliness, organization, foresight, and quality. On all counts, Wei Yuh provided *excellent* service. Technical Review: Her correspondence was always prompt and thorough, hitting every point and flagging items we would not have even thought of. She was also extremely flexible when it came to virtual meetings, accommodating for both of our busy schedule. On many occasions, we met outside of business hours solely out of convenience to *us* as the clients. At no point would we have expected this level of flexibility, but Wei Yuh was consistently there for us--even for ad hoc questions and concerns. Wei Yuh's organization was also exceptional. Every spreadsheet and document was well-sorted and easy to comprehend. She always took the time to walk us through items and reassure us about any concerns. In many instances, Wei Yuh anticipated issues that we would not have ever considered, saving us both trouble and money. In fact, Wei Yuh was always very sensitive to our budget and financial constraints, looking for creative ways to spare our wallet! This is yet another dimension in which her services went above and beyond. For nearly every major component of the planning process, Wei Yuh handled or guided liaising with other vendors. The result felt as if we truly had our "hands off the wheel" while still being fully aware of where the plans were headed. Overall Thoughts: We chose Wei Yuh because she immediately believed in our vision for the wedding. We had some very unorthodox ideas and were completely unsure our day would come together exactly as we wanted it. Writing this a few days after the wedding, we can say with complete confidence that Wei Yuh brought our hopes to life and executed them with precision, professionalism, and care. Throughout the process, including on the day itself, Wei Yuh maintained an energizing presence and clearly put everything she had into the project. We are certain that we could not have achieved our vision without a planner (despite stubbornly believing so in the very beginning!), but more than that, we don't think it would have happened without Wei Yuh specifically.

    We simply cannot express how grateful we are for Wei Yuh. Her meticulous planning, coordination, and creative flair transformed our wedding vision into a reality that truly exceeded our wildest dreams. Wei Yuh was more than just a wedding planner; she became a trusted advisor, confidante, and calming presence. Her exceptional communication skills including coordinating directly with our vendors, kept us informed and involved throughout the entire process, while her proactive approach alleviated any stress or worry. She was a master at finding last-minute solutions, like securing a florist for our rehearsal dinner, helping create and print stationery, finding reception decor, making changes to the seating chart, etc. etc. She also expertly negotiated deals that were both fair and affordable. Beyond the wedding day, Wei Yuh also played a significant role in my bridal shower, bachelorette party, and especially, our honeymoon planning. Her itinerary for our two-week Hawaiian honeymoon was spot on, and her recommendations for activities and accommodations were truly unforgettable.     Alex helped make our last-minute decision to hire a photographer for our elopement incredibly easy and worthwhile. She helped to facilitate the initial meet-and-greet with the photographer and guided us through questions and considerations we didn't even know to ask. Her additional support on the day of contributed to a seamless experience and allowed us and our families to enjoy the photoshoot and all the memories we made. We're grateful to Alex for making our low-key wedding feel extra special!
