    We hired Madison and her team immediately after we got engaged and part of me wondered if I had even needed to hire a wedding planner. I DID! Madison was so sweet and amazing to work with. The venue we ultimately booked had a built in wedding coordinator but they worked right along side each other to create our perfect day! Madison was always a call or text away for any sort of advice or issues that needed attention. I am so glad we booked Effortless Events! Thanks again Madison!!

    Madison and everyone at Effortless events could not have done a better job with our wedding! From the first conversation with Madison I knew I could trust her team to execute our day of coordinator needs paying attention to detail with the utmost care and kindness!     Madison and I worked together for almost two years leading up to my wedding. She is nothing short of fabulous in every way. She helped me with everything from finding a venue, my vendors, and moral support when I needed it. She is so organized, kind, and caring about everyone and will do anything to make your wedding perfect. Not only did Madison and I form a business relationship but we also formed a personal one and I can say that I am proud to call her my friend. Madison even officiated my ceremony! She was an amazing person to work with and have as my go-to person the day of my wedding. I was completely stress-free and didn’t have to worry about a thing because I knew Madison was there and would take care of any issues. I also had the pleasure of working with Jake, Madison’s assistant. He was amazing to work with, kind, and funny. I know he busted his butt to help Madison the day of and for that I am extremely grateful. I know he will be an amazing planner one day as well.

    My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!
