Horrible communication, 4 months still no photos

B. Remembered was the only regret of our entire wedding. Months before we had reached out to set up a meeting with our photographer. We were told they set those up 21 days before the wedding. We received the email to sign up on a Sat and only 3 days were available (2 of which were that week) for a 15min phone call. None of those days worked for us and I emailed to ask about another day and why our detail meeting was only a 15min phone call. They said they could work with us and there would be another call with our actual photographer. Our initial call with Daniel the president went very well. He told us we would hear from our photographer the next day. We reached out again and were told we would hear soon. Our photographer finally got in touch with us 10 days before our wedding for a phone call. He said he would be available to call at 5:30. At 5:45 we texted to ask if we were still calling as we had heard nothing. We finally got a call at 6pm. Joas seemed very disinterested in talking to us. Fast forward to the wedding day, Joas shows up to our wedding in a tshirt and jeans. He acted like he was unhappy being there. We asked him to take pictures of our outfits. My maid of honor wore a suit to the wedding instead of a dress and he was VERY upset about this. (Homophobic) He kept moving her suit off of the rack and complained when we said we wanted it in the pictures. We kept moving it back and telling him we wanted it in the pictures. After the 4th time and us having to raise our voices to get him to stop he grumbled and took the pictures with the suit. As I was getting make up done (the bride) he kept making comments about the lines in my forehead and asking why my "face looks like that" and "why I was making that face" (It was just my face). It made me very self conscious on a day I was supposed to feel beautiful. I asked him if we would be able to pick the photos we wanted edited before they were edited he said yes. Less than a week later our photos were uploaded. We opened the album and saw not only were the photos edited (very poorly) they were also uploaded to their site as if finished. My husband and I didn't pick the photos and they were not edited the way we asked. I emailed about the confusion and didn't hear back for days. I reached out again. I talked with Daniel who assured me this was an accident and that he would resend us the album, let us pick the photos, edit them personally and when they were done we would get a photo album. When I told him our problems with Joas, he said "he was probably having a bad day". Our wedding was Aug24th. We had this call early Sept. At first, Daniel was very responsive. We picked the photos and he sent us a few samples and asked for feedback. Sept30th he said they would he finished end of next week. Oct14th I emailed to check in. Oct16th I sent another email. We received a response Oct16th with photos asking us to check them out. We sent back an email saying they looked good we just had a few tweaks if possible on Oct21st. We didn't receive any communication until Nov26th after 4 emails (one of which being the response) and a few phone calls. All we asked for was communication and we received a very passive aggressive response saying we would get them mid-Dec. It is now Jan26th and we have not received any communication since then. I have emailed twice since and called 3 times and left voicemails. To this day we do not have our final photos and they are no longer communicating with us at all

Joas & Erik were my photographers for my wedding day and they were great! I had sent them inspiration pictures the week leading up to my wedding which they followed to a T and even threw in some ideas they had done previously or had seen other brides do before. They were extremely nice and helpful the day of and I am extremely grateful to have these pictures to last a lifetime.

B. Remembered Photography did a fantastic job capturing the special moments from our wedding day. Their online intake form made it simple to communicate what we envisioned, and the team was great about following up to ensure they understood our preferences. We appreciated their range of editing styles and felt they balanced both classic and trendy beautifully. The photos turned out wonderfully - true to what we discussed while still having their artistic touch. Norm, our photographer, was so sweet, helpful, and unobtrusive on the day! He made us all feel like natural models and kept the energy high during the staged photos! We were thrilled by how quickly we received the final gallery after the event. The B. Remembered team brought our vision to life and provided us memories we'll treasure forever.
