I am a wedding photographer based in Providence, Rhode Island. My love for photography began over a decade ago and has been an integral part of my creative journey ever since. With a solid foundation in fashion photography, I bring a unique perspective to capturing weddings. Five years ago, I shot my first wedding, and it was an unforgettable experience. Being part of such a special day and bringing joy to my couples is incredibly important to me. I am passionate about capturing the most intimate and significant moments of your wedding day, ensuring that each photograph tells the unique story of your love.

My photography style combines candid vibes with high-fashion editorial, and my primary goal is to guide couples through their entire wedding day, ensuring they laugh, have fun, and thoroughly enjoy the experience. What sets me apart is my expertise in postproduction, going beyond the basics with skin retouching, shape editing, and more. The result? Edited pictures that wouldn't look out of place in Vogue. Beyond photography, I'm a road trip enthusiast who has explored 21 countries and even driven from NYC to LA. My passion for travel inspires me to seek new destinations.

Liza is a truly awesome photographer and a joy to work with: highly skilled, very prepared yet flexible, and great communication. We knew from her website that she took amazing photos, and from our first conversation we could tell Liza was highly organized and experienced, yet the conversation was always focused around what we wanted. We had several calls to discuss our goals and plan for the day, and her advice and suggestions were really valuable. On the day of the wedding, she guided us and our family members through a ton of poses, but we never felt rushed or stressed. Liza made us feel comfortable and relaxed, even though we’ve never posed for a photographer together before. Liza showed up early and we were late, but she got us back on schedule because she knew exactly where to go and what photos she wanted to get in advance, so we were super efficient with our time. We came away with hundreds of stunning images to choose from. Liza was a key part of making our day go smoothly, in working with the other vendors, and was totally agreeable with staying later than we initially planned. We weren’t even aware of her moving around during the ceremony and other key moments, but she managed to capture all the important shots. We really could not imagine anyone doing a better job!

Liza photographed our small intimate wedding. From the outset, she set out to make sure the day went smoothly and that we would get the best pictures possible on our special day. We explained to her that our wedding would consist of a very short ceremony and a dinner. The rest of the night would be some games and hanging out, but no dancing. Our original vision was to have her photograph the ceremony, group shots, and the dinner and skip couple portraits. After consulting with her, she recommended skipping the dinner photos (nobody looks good while eating) and photographing the ceremony, group shots, and, since our package left us with a remaining hour, plan for couple portraits before our ceremony. It was great advice and we're happy to have the couple portraits! On the day of she was very approachable and made us feel comfortable during our private session. She was clear when directing and arranging folks for the group photos. All of the pictures turned out great! I would definitely recommend Liza for any wedding or special occasion!

Typically, couples book me about 8-16 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.

I offer two types of editing—something rare in the wedding industry. Color-Corrected Photos – Edited in Lightroom to enhance colors, exposure, contrast, and white balance, making your photos vibrant and rich. Fully Edited Photos – Retouched in both Lightroom and Photoshop to perfect skin, remove distractions, and refine details like hair, clothing, and background. Think high-end, Vogue-level quality. I also provide gallery examples so you can see how other clients receive their photos.

Some of my packages include a 72-hour sneak peek, while the full gallery is typically ready within 6-10 weeks. If I can deliver them sooner, I will—there’s no reason to keep my couples waiting! For those who need their photos even faster, I offer an express delivery option, ensuring the entire gallery is ready within 14 days.

Unless my couples book a package that includes a second shooter, I work alone. However, I occasionally bring my assistant if I want to capture additional content for the couple.

We’ll start with a 30-40 min call to discuss your wedding, vision, and see if we’re a good fit. I’ll share my photography style, answer all your questions, and provide sample galleries and a contract for review. Most couples take 2-7 days to decide. Once you’re ready, the next step is signing the contract, which protects both parties. A 30% deposit is required to secure your date. After I receive the deposit, I’ll send your final invoice. We’ll also go over the timeline, discuss special requests, and plan key moments to ensure everything runs smoothly. My goal is to make your wedding photography experience seamless and stress-free.
