I work hard for each of my clients, helping them plan and host their upcoming event free of stress and with confidence. Whether planning a magnificent Wedding, an entertaining Corporate Event, or a get together or party that you want to be fabulous and run without a hitch get in touch to learn more about my services.

I am incredibly hard working and have a background in psychology and counseling so I am uniquely adept at handling difficult situations and keeping people calm. I am also 6'3 and can really handle anything that is thrown at me!

Description

I customize to exactly what you need but all of my planning packages include day of coordinating. Full planning is the most hands on experience that I offer! I will help with pretty much every aspect of the planning and coordinating process!

Partial planning is my most popular package. It is a custom planning experience that I also like to call "Hand Holding" it is an unlimited communication situation from contract sign where I walk with you throughout the entire wedding planning experience! Day of coordinating is included in all of my planning packages

Day of coordination includes month out support, running the rehearsal and 10 hours day of coverage with at least a 2 person team. We help with time line creation, vendor communication, all decor set up and break down and dealing with any wedding day emergencies that might arise! Day of Coordinating is included in all of my planning packages

    Literally, a dream team. Maddie, Nina, and Abby made all things wedding planning, coordinating, and executing so easy for me, my now husband, and our loved ones. I consider myself a decisive person but found myself unable to make decisions about the wedding, but Maddie swept in and handled everything so I had no worries. My day of point people ensured everything was taken care of, and pivoted quickly when we needed it. I was literally greeted at the venue with a drink and a smile! I will forever remember Maddie and her team as integral to my perfect wedding day. Hire this team!

    Maddie and her team made everything effortless and smooth. Starting from our month out meeting, she handled everything and was incredibly organized. I was blown away by the ability to make my vision come alive through the decorations and centerpieces. Everything was low stress and beautiful. I was even shocked at the speed at which the room was flipped and how they continued to assist throughout the night. 10/10 recommend.

    Maddie and her team are amazing! From the first conversation to the wedding day, I had nothing but a great experience getting to work with Maddie and her team. Maddie helped keep me organized (coming from a very stressed bride) and was there to help with the smallest details to timeline creation and keeping all of my vendors informed. I couldn’t have done it without her! Nina was our lead coordinator on the wedding day and she is the reason our day was absolutely perfect. Nina and her assist Rachel took care of everything from keeping the day on track to making sure decor was setup and having them allowed me to enjoy the day without an ounce of stress. I can’t recommend Maddie and her team enough and couldn’t imagine my wedding day without them! 12/10 recommend!

    Maddie was our day of coordinator for our August 31st wedding. I had a large inventory of decor and signage that I provided for her and her team to set up for us. She followed all of our setup instructions perfectly and everything was exactly as I had envisioned. She’s friendly, organized, communicative and calmed my nerves about the weather. I couldn’t imagine the chaos that would have ensued if we didn’t have her there running the day for us. Thank you Maddie!
