As a past venue manager, I have experience of being on both sides and know how best to work together to ensure a smooth experience for our couples. The perfect day, thanks to Rachel!
We had the best experience with Lush Event Company! From the very beginning, Rachel made us feel confident and relaxed about planning our big day. She helped us bring together all our ideas and the attention to detail was greater than anything we expected. Rachel coordinated everything perfectly, from the venue to the vendors. On the day of the wedding, everything went smoothly, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing and that was all because of Rachel’s timeline she created for us. Rachel was extremely responsive throughout the entire process, answering our questions and offering great suggestions, and really helped take the pressure off our shoulders. I can’t recommend Lush Event Company enough; our special day was stress-free and absolutely perfect thanks to Rachel!

I cannot recommend Lush Event Co. and Rachel enough!! Our wedding day was flawless! We chose her full-scale planning package and it was so worth it! We had just moved to Pittsburgh when we started planning and knew nothing about which vendors to use or even which venue to pick. Rachel made our lives so much easier by setting up tours of venues and finding us something that matched our vision and met our needs. Throughout the entire planning process, she was always available to answer questions and offer guidance. She kept everything organized on a Google Drive that we had access to and she was always available via email or text. Her knowledge of vendors in the Pittsburgh area was so impressive. Every vendor she recommended received a 5-star review. Any problems that came up with vendors leading up to the wedding were addressed so quickly by Rachel that I didn’t even have time to be stressed about it. I wasn’t worried about the venue, vendors, or the timeline going into my wedding day because I was so confident she knew exactly what we wanted and was so organized. She was on top of everything on the day of the wedding and ensured we had everything we needed and that the day ran so smoothly. Rachel did not miss a beat from our first planning call to the wedding day and everything in between. She is professional, thorough, responsive, and hard-working. I contracted Lush Event Co. for their Day-of-Coordination package and was blown away with how great the service was. Approximately 60 days prior to the wedding, Rachel took responsibilities of coordinating with other vendors/venue, creating a day-of timeline, assisting with the rehearsal the day before, coordination of deliveries, set-up and tear-down of our decorations, and more! Above all, she was thoughtful and communicated with me along the way. She was also a sweet heart and made sure I was hydrated during the day. :) Rachel brought my vision to life and made my wedding day seamless.
