At POP UP Event Planning, we specialize in bringing dreams to life through meticulously planned events, stunning custom party backdrops, enchanting balloon garlands, and a wide range of party rentals.

 We value memories and being able to curate memories to absolute perfections.
Our team excels beyond the normal stretch of creativity. We give you a one-of-a kind experience. With our 14 years in the design world, we have an edge beyond any other planner. Not only are we organized and can plan, but we have the eye of design.

The most amazing!
Kayla was absolutely incredible to work with! I would work with her again in a heartbeat. She is so genuine, kind, and on top of things. Once she arrived at the venue, I put all decision making in her hands and it was the best feeling knowing I could just enjoy the day and that she had everything else handled. She goes above and beyond and does it with grace and love. At one point, our wedding cake fell apart and Kayla immediately made herself a trash bag dress and got to work fixing it! She captured beautiful videos of our day and put together the sweetest videos that we have already watched over and over again and will treasure for the rest of our lives. Her husband is absolutely amazing as well and we were so grateful for his presence and hard work! We would one million percent recommend working with Kayla.
