Our Perfect Fit and Complete Curation allow you to choose where you want to be involved, and are great packages for clients who are planning from remote locations or unfamiliar with the area in which their event is being held. The Absolute Essentials packages are built for those looking for extra support and guidance in the final planning stages, but who still want to be in charge and hands on throughout the entire process - until the day of, when they'd like to be able to live in the moments they've planned. This is a great package for those with busy schedules or for procrastinators who will need a push here and there. Inquire for a custom quote!

Designed for those who are in need of event management services and want full day coordination coverage on event day. This package is great for those who have a strong handle on their planning process and vendor selection, but wish to be present in the moments on event day. We‘ll help tie up all the loose ends and ensure that Just the Deets (and beyond!) are executed to your specifications.

    We LOVED working with Ryan Planning Plus!! We couldn’t have done everything to make our wedding what we wanted without them! They are very flexible to work with and very helpful throughout the end. Our guests had many compliments about the crew on the day of about how smooth they made everything go!     I cannot say enough good things about Erin and her staff. Wedding planning can be a stressful nightmare but Erin made every step easier. She was more accessible than I could have asked for and extremely knowledgeable about the wedding industry. Whenever a problem arose, she fixed it or knew someone who could. She worked with us through a move across the country and helped us overcome the distance, time differences and our difficult travel schedule. When you hire Erin you not only get a planner but another friend willing to go above and beyond to make sure your day is absolutely perfect. I would hire her all over again and could not recommend her more.

    Erin is a lifesaver. I'm a luxury and fine art wedding photographer, and Erin was hired by my couple several weeks before the wedding when the couple realized planning a wedding is stressful and they needed help! As soon as she was contracted, she came out with a full plan for myself and my team, was highly responsive to questions, and was very collaborative with me so we could find the perfect compromises on the timeline. On the wedding weekend, she masterminded a last minute rain plan that entailed a full room flip. On the wedding day, she was reassuring to the stressed MOG and helped navigate several tense exchanges between other key people on site. Her relational conflict resolution is incredible, her designs were excellent, and I can truly say she made my work as a photographer better.

    We booked Erin and her team with the Just the Deets package. This is her "lowest" level of service despite the thorough and consistent support she provided throughout the entire planning process. Erin is organized, readily available, and is a constant bright spot in wedding planning! She was a fantastic resource to bounce ideas off, ask questions, and make sure we were on track throughout our planning. She is a wealth of knowledge- especially if you are getting married at The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion, a venue she is at frequently and knows like the back of her hand! Erin will tell you her opinion when asked, but is always ready to jump in 110% no matter what you choose and make it happen (Sorry for making you nervous when we gave our crazy pup our actual rings!!!). She is ready to play the "bad guy" when you need a small army, and can fluently switch to whatever language groomsmen speak to wrangle them quickly for rehearsal. Knowing Erin and her team had the day HANDLED, I walked into my wedding day stress-free knowing that there was nothing I needed to do or worry about. I never would have guessed that I would have described myself as a calm bride the day of my wedding, but Erin made it easy. I was able to truly enjoy the day because of Erin, and I wouldn't trade that confidence or peace of mind for anything! If you're still looking around or debating whether or not to book with Ryan Planning Plus, do future you a favor and just book with them now! Unless you don't like feeling like a VIP client, would prefer to worry on your wedding day, or simply like to make bad choices... then sure, book elsewhere ;) Otherwise, if you want to have the smoothest wedding experience possible, book with Erin!!!
