Greta has five years of event planning experience and two years of wedding-focused experience. Greta began her wedding planning career by assisting-DC area weddings and providing day-of coordination for local and out of state weddings. Greta is incredibly organized and methodical in her wedding planning process. Greta is a flexible communicator who understands that couples are planning their first wedding and need a lot of support. Greta's style is classic and traditional, but she loves adding thoughtful elements that align with trends & the couple's personality.

I truly believe that my flexibility sets me apart from other planners. Of course I have a planning process, but I adapt for my clients. No process can be "one size fits all," and that is why I start my planning process by getting to know my clients. I am creative, organized, and thoughtful. I am incredibly detail oriented.

Greta and her team are the best in the business! We got married in DC on 6/22/24 and our day would not have been so wonderful without her help. Every single detail was covered and Greta was so thorough in all her work. She knew exactly what questions to ask of our vendors, and was able to answered all our questions with ease. Day of, Greta and her team went above and beyond! From helping in the bridal suite, to making sure she had my cellphone, and ensuring that every details we planned at our reception was perfectly executed. Greta was a liaison between us and all our vendors day of, she handled all the tedious tasks - making sure our party bus was parked in the right spot, seeing that our florals were properly delivered, and many other items that we just did not want to even have to think about with the stress of getting ready the day of our wedding, Greta handled. With Greta David Events, every detail matters and she ensures they are all taken care of with a smile. We could not have been more happy with choosing Greta David Events for our wedding!

Greta was absolutely amazing! Day of I had no concerns, everything was taken care of and she kept me in the loop so I could see everything coming together. She coordinated our vendors wonderfully and was a massive help wrapping up the event as well. She took care of so many details. I can’t say enough nice things.

We got married 7 months ago and have nothing but praise for Greta and her team! She truly made our special day absolutely perfect. Greta was an absolute rockstar throughout the entire planning process and on our big day. From keeping our timeline on track to managing the concerns of family members and the wedding party, she handled everything with grace and professionalism. She thought of details and organized things for the day that we didn't even consider, making sure every moment was seamless and magical. Most importantly, she made sure we were able to enjoy every second of our wedding day without worrying about the logistics. We were able to soak in the love and joy of the day, knowing that everything was taken care of by Greta and her day-of assistants, Cate and Rebekah.
