That includes setting an event budget; deciding on a menu; arranging table settings; and finding florists, photographers, a band and other entertainment for the big day

BWI Airport Marriott's location makes for a convenient travel experience for you and your out-of-town guests. Inside the hotel are 19 event rooms, which can host intimate gatherings and large, lavish events alike. The neutral color scheme, open floor plan, and contemporary lighting fixtures will make for a modern, stylish atmosphere to dance the night away. Multiple dividers are present throughout the Grand Ballroom to create a more intimate setting for smaller celebrations. Just outside the doors are a pre-function foyer and smaller event rooms for guests to enjoy their cocktail hour before the reception starts.
