About this venue

The International Event Venue is a free standing facility located near Tampa International Airport. We offer full service and all inclusive packages for most budgets. We have been hosting events for over 25 years. We have a indoor Vineyard Courtyard area for ceremonies that can seat up to 200 guests. Our Tuscany Ballroom can seat up to 400 Guests and features a built in stage with special effects. Our facility includes grand entrance vehicles, such as a Cinderella carriage or Mini Hummer, to make your entrance to the reception a magical experience for both you and the guests. Our packages are designed in several levels so that you can choose the option that best fits your needs and budget. We do NOT charge gratuities and service fees. Our website has transparent pricing information, galleries and a 3D Virtual Tour. We are open for tours Wednesdays thru Saturdays by appointment.

Outdoor Atmosphere - Indoor Courtyard Themed Space!

Our indoor Vineyard Courtyard gives you airconditioned comfort while providing an outdoor atmosphere. Complete with lighted trees, rose covered trellises, revolving chandeliers and gardens, our indoor Courtyard is perfect for ceremonies with seating for up to 200, showers for up to 100 and pre-function cocktail receptions. It features built in audio and video equipment, plus a stage for the ceremony. This area is included in our full service packages and can be rented separately for showers.

Tuscany Ballroom

Entertain Like Royalty - The Tuscany Ballroom at The International Event Venue Tampa.

The Tuscany Ballroom can seat up to 400 guests at tables for wedding receptions. The ballroom features grand entrance vehicles, four giant video screens, special effect lasers, downlighting, low lying fog and sparkle fountains. Chiavari chairs, tables, centerpieces, overlays in the color of your choice are all included in our packages. We special in all-inclusive packages at multiple price levels. These packages can include Photography, Video, Disc Jockey and Food Services.

    This place was amazing! They offer everything you need for an amazing price point. I didn’t have to worry about anything and everyone I came in contact with was so helpful and kind. I truly could not have asked for a better experience. The food was amazing!! Had so many compliments from my guests on how great the food was. DJ Lyndsay was the best!! I had a very last minute change to my father-daughter dance and she was able to make it happen for us without an issue. Overall, this venue was great and I am so glad I didn’t give up on my dream of having a wedding and thanks to them it was made possible!

    This venue is top of the line amazing! The staff is great - always attentive and willing to help, the office staff helpful and professional. The photographer is thoughtful and detailed. The DJ's are there to make sure your event runs as perfectly as possible. Even the security outside greets you with a warm welcome. The venue is beautifully laid out, with a courtyard for your wedding and a Ballroom that is elegant with neutral colors to accommodate any color scheme. It was perfectly thought out with the customer in mind. Just beautiful!!
