About this venue

Vasari Country Club in Bonita Springs, FL can play the host to your wedding day. The architecture of this venue harks back to the Italian Renaissance. The marble floors, mahogany wood, vaulted ceilings and impressive chandeliers will leave your guests in awe. The 40-acre lake, palm trees, and sparkling fountains add to the magic as well. Vasari Country Club's resident Executive Chef will personally see to it that you and your guests’ taste buds are delighted. His team can whip up a wide variety of food tailored to your specific tastes and can serve the same in plated or buffet style. The in-house team can also take care of the setup and cleanup and can provide you with all items that can support you in making your event a success. They also have an event planner on site to oversee everything. While every wedding is special in its own way, a Vasari wedding is unlike any other. You can see it for yourself when you come down for a tour of the grounds.

5 Stars all around!
My dad and Step Mom had their wedding here in April and I cannot say enough about the top notch service from day one to day of! I was helping plan the event with my dad and step mom so I was in contact with the event manager Meghan a lot. Her patience, attention to detail, communication skills and easy going personality made this entire event seamless. She really knows what she's doing and excels at it. She always had great suggestions and made the bride feel at ease. She was very responsive and really took her time with us to make the bride and groom feel special. I cannot thank her enough- the world needs more event managers like her! The venue was absolutely beautiful and fit the needs perfectly for the bride and groom. We received many compliments about the food and banquet staff throughout the night of the wedding. The venue had a beautiful outdoor background for the ceremony and great spots for the bride and groom to take sunset pictures at as well. Do not think twice about booking this venue for your event- it does not disappoint!

Vasari weddings
We had our wedding at Vasari Country Club and it was everything we hoped for. Meghan answered all of our questions right away, which made the planning process so smooth. The clubhouse itself is stunning, and the staff made sure our vision came to life with simple, elegant decor that felt just right. The food was incredible—our guests couldn't stop talking about it. From start to finish, Meghan and her team handled every detail with care and made our day truly perfect. We'd recommend Vasari to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with a staff that really goes the distance.

Loved Our Wedding at Vasari!!
My husband and I got married at Vasari Country Club May 3, 2025. We had the pleasure of working with Meghan McDowell and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the entire event flowed flawlessly. Meghan's attention to detail and experience in event coordination made the entire planning process feel seamless and stress-free. The venue itself is stunning, beautifully maintained with a warm, elegant atmosphere that made our day feel truly special. Every element, from the ceremony to the reception was perfectly executed. Our guests have yet to stop raving about the food, service, and the overall experience. If you are looking for a venue that delivers excellence and a coordinator who genuinely cares about making your day perfect, I cannot recommend Meghan and Vasari Country Club enough.

My amazing Wedding
When my fiancé and I started the wedding process, we felt in over our heads. The first place we toured was Vasari and we knew it was perfect. From day one, Meghan had communicated with us, answered any and all questions, and went above and beyond for us. I probably toured the venue 6 times after we booked and I never felt like an inconvenience. Once it got closer to our wedding date, Meghan’s communication couldn’t have been better. Our rehearsal went flawlessly, thanks to her attention to detail and background. When I told her about my very unique, deadly allergy, she didn’t hesitate to be sure that I would have no issues on my wedding day. Throughout the actual wedding day, we were catered to for everything, we never had to ask for water, or an update on a vendor arriving, everything was absolutely perfect. I wish I could give out 10 stars for the Amazing work of every single staff member that worked my wedding. If you’re looking to book, I highly highly recommend the Vasari Country Club

Our venue is located about 30 minutes south of Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) on Interstate 75.

Yes, we also have the option to use a valet service.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.

No, our venue is fully insured.

Cancellations must be made within 21 days of the event or will require full payment of all menu items selected on the Banquet Event Order. Menu items are defined as any food or beverage selections listed on the Banquet Event Order.

The only alcohol that is allowed to be brought in is wine which needs to be pre-approved by management before it is brought in. There will also be a $30 corkage fee for every wine bottle brought in.

Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish. This does not include getting ready in the bridal suite beforehand. Anything over six hours may be subject to an additional fee per management.

There will be a room rental fee of $2,130 for all non-member events, this includes 6.5% tax. Rental fees are non-refundable and secure your event date at Vasari Country Club. Room rental fee includes use of tables, chairs, house linens, china, glassware, flatware, set-up and break-down of the event. This amount is in addition to the ceremony site fee for wedding ceremonies. There will be a $852.00 site fee which includes 6.5% tax. This site fee will include white folding chairs, set-up and break down of ceremony site
