We have been left speechless about our big day for the last month. If considering FIVE Event Center for your wedding, let this be your sign. All thanks have to go to the amazing coordinators, Victoria and Robyn, and their staff who made the process oh so smooth! Their communication from the first inquiry to the day of was incredible. They are up front and honest. They are open to giving recommendations, but also open to hearing yours. They work with some of the most amazing partners. Be sure to check out their preferred vendors--everyone we worked with from this list was FABULOUS! Our guests have continued to rave about our choice of venue. From the bridal/groom suites, to the beautiful brick walls and cocktail space downstairs, and everything in between! With being in Uptown, parking can be tricky. Therefore, we recommend working with their top pick of valet service-Unparalleled Parking (Especially for a Friday Wedding). The photo options are endless and truly perfect surrounding this location as well. FIVE Event is there for you to ensure your day is perfect! Stop debating and choose FIVE Event:)

Victoria was amazing to have from the beginning to the end. They were very much on point with everything and answered any questions we had leading up to the big day. We had security if needed easy access to parking on the street and the parking lot. His and hers getting ready dressing room, up stairs big dining area, patio it was truly magical and amazing to be there

FIVE is such a wonderful venue to host a wedding. We felt taken care of the entire day by both Robyn and Megan, who were there helping us out anytime we needed anything. The venue is absolutely beautiful on its own and we barely even added any decorations as we didn’t want to take away from the overall look of it. We loved it so much.

We do need to know your event date, estimated guest count, and approximate start and end times to approve your contract. You can determine other details at a later date. Our Venue Manager will be available to you by phone or email to answer any questions throughout your planning process.

Most of our ceremony setups can seat up to 200 guests. Our lower level bar area can accommodate up to 175 guests. Our patio, tucked on the side of our building, holds up to 25 guests. We can accommodate up to 200 people for a seated dinner or up to 375 (between both levels) for a cocktail & hors d’oeuvres style reception.

We work with a preferred group of caterers that can accommodate a wide range of taste preferences and budgets. We do not have any food minimums and no additional fees will apply when using a caterer from our preferred list. If you decide on a caterer who does not currently have a preferred status with us, we will apply a charge to the caterer.

Yes, there is a small patio separate from the event space located on the south side of the building. It can accommodate up to 20-25 guests and includes patio furniture (tables, chairs, canopy, lights, flowers etc.). We will provide a sign to direct guests to this area.

Yes, there are several hotels nearby. Please refer to our website and recommended vendor list to get started. The Midtown Sheraton provides a FREE Shuttle for FIVE Event Center. Please contact the hotel directly for specific details and rates.

Yes, our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have an elevator to flow guests between the two levels.

April through October is our peak season!

November-March is our off-peak season.

Our bars are all operated through our preferred caterers. Our couples will need to work with them to discuss corkage fees.

Yes, we do have a parking lot that has 40 spaces available and several surrounding streets that are non-metered for free self-parking.
