About this venue

Located in the heart of the historic downtown district of Faribault, The 3 Ten Event Venue is the ultimate industrial, urban, chic event venue. The 3 Ten (430 guest capacity) with its NEWLY built Alley Patio, and The 3 Ten Rooftop Loft (200 guest capacity) which includes its own rooftop patio have been beautifully restored. Originally built in 1895 it features gorgeous tin ceilings, handcrafted bars, original hardwood floors, reclaimed barn wood, crystal chandeliers, exposed brick walls and lots of windows. With our personal, hands-on approach, we give you confidence, comfort and ease. From day one, you’ll be guided through the entire planning process, such as vendor referrals, timeline creation, and floor plan customization. We grant you unlimited communication with our staff throughout the entire process. And on your big day, if you choose to add on our Day of Coordination Package you won’t need to break a sweat or lift a finger!

If you want the flexibility of both inside and outside entertaining options, consider The Rooftop Loft!!

The Rooftop Loft space includes a bridal loft, groom's lounge, catering kitchen, restrooms, handcrafted bar, ballroom, grand atrium and a 1,600 square foot rooftop patio for outdoor entertaining (Just to name a few of the details).

    Our experience with The 3 Ten Event Venue was absolutely fantastic. Their communication style was fantastic and very detailed throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself was comfortable and elegant, providing the perfect backdrop for our special day. Tina, our coordinator, was phenomenal - she kept us on schedule and kept us posted throughout the night about our budget. We highly suggest Tina as your coordinator as she was so on top of everything down to every dollar and detail. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and coordinators to make our wedding day truly perfect.

    The staff at The 3 Ten Event Venue was amazing throughout the whole planning process and the event. It made the planning process extremely easy. We were able to ask a million questions and tour the venue multiple times to make sure everything would be perfect. All of my guests were saying how beautiful the venue was! I'd highly recommend this venue to anyone.

    Our experience with the 3Ten Event Venue was everything we hoped for. Upon arrival, everything was clean, there was a cart waiting for us by the front door to use to unload our items for the day. Tina, our day of coordinator was hands on right away helping get decor where it needed to be and helping our wedding party feel settled in with mimosas and bloody marys. She didnt make us feel like a burden being there early in the morning. I asked family to set up chairs for our ceremony. By the time they got there, Tina and staff already had it done. Everything leading up to the ceremony flowed so nicely because of the amazing staff at the 3Ten. It was obvious they enjoyed being there and truly cared about the quality of our day. We choose to have the bar open after the ceremony. We were a little hesitant about the bar rush taking too long. Nola handled guest with a smile, quickly, and was organized. Many guest were talking about how beautiful the bar was and how nice it was to have such a friendly and fun bartender. Both Nola and Tina checked in with us throughout dinner and the reception. We truly felt valued and appreciated. Were so happy we choose The 3Ten Event Venue . If we could, we'd do it all over again with them.
