I highly recommend Charissa and her team if you're looking for a wedding coordinator/planner! She is so professional, organized, and just the nicest person ever. We had so many questions and worries but Charissa helped us feel at ease throughout it all. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND on the day of the wedding... literally hauling extra chairs with her throughout the botanic gardens so we could get our photographs!! LOL! You can just tell how much she cares about her clients and we so appreciated the effort. We also had Kevin on her team set-up the decor at the venue and they did an amazing job -- we were blown away when we arrived! We got tons of compliments from our guests at how lovely the entire wedding was and I know we could not have pulled it off without Charissa / Simply Loved Weddings!!

Giana met with us several times before the wedding not only to go over what the ceremony would look like, but to get to know us as a couple. She crafted such a wonderful officiant speech for the ceremony that all our guests assumed she must have known us for years! Colin, the DJ, was great as well. He listened to our requests and incorporated an eclectic mix of songs into an awesome playlist that kept the party going. We hired Stacey in early 2020 to be a Month-Of-Coordinator for our October 2020 wedding. From the beginning, Stacey was one of the most responsive, helpful wedding coordinators that I reached out to. She offered great advice, explained the importance of having a Day-Of coordinator even if your venue happens to have one, had vendors to recommend, and was determined to bring our vision to reality, even while COVID-19 started to take over. Well, we all know how 2020 went, so when we ultimately decided to postpone our reception to 2021, Stacey remained in our corner throughout the decision and ultimately helped us to weigh the pros and cons of postponement. Then, throughout 2021, Stacey reached out around once a month to ensure we were on track with plans. She helped us to secure final vendors, review contracts, craft a perfect day-of timeline, ran our rehearsal, and made us feel incredibly confident that our big party would go off without a hitch. Stacey also has a keen eye for event styling, so we were able to trust all of our complicated decor to her and her team for set up the morning of the wedding, and she flawlessly coordinated a last-minute rain plan (which we made, and then with every miracle, didn't actually need!) She coordinated with all of our vendors, worked seamlessly with the in-house team at our venue, was warm, professional, and an invaluable asset to have running the biggest party of our lives. As a former stage manager and a bit of a control freak, having Stacey at our wedding was invaluable. If anything went wrong, I had no idea because of Stacey's magic touch.

Working with Jasmin is a complete dream. From the moment we had our first Zoom call, almost 2 years before the wedding, I immediately adored her. She was recommended to me by our venue, Roxbury Barn and Estate, but I had already scoped her out via Instagram since she was tagged in many of the venue's photos. Her style is absolutely breath-taking and I knew I wanted to work with her right away. After our Zoom call and her shared 'vision board' and proposal, I was so excited to keep planning. She wanted to know my vision and details from the start, and welcomed allllll of the inspo pictures I sent her way! I can't emphasize enough how she truly 'sees' the vision her clients want to bring to life -- and brings her knowledge of florals and eye for design to her work with each couple. She is communicative and collaborative: she asks detailed questions to ensure you 100% love the florals in each aspect of your event. Beyond that, she is so sweet and takes the time to write detailed emails that make you feel seen and heard. Wedding planning can be a stressful process but with Jasmin's talent, professionalism, and collaboration, it feels exciting! I couldn't have been more happy with how my bouquet turned out; in fact, all of the girls and beauty vendors were gushing over the bouquets the morning of the wedding. Our floor alter, which we repurposed as florals in front of our sweetheart table at dinner, were absolutely gorgeous. As Jamin so accurately observed, I was really going for "effortless elegance" (her words, but my exact thoughts!). The gorgeous bud vases and flameless candles came together perfectly, as well as the branches I asked if she could add last-minute! From the very start, I said Jasmin was my favorite vendor to work with and I just can't recommend her enough! If you are in need of a florist in the area, book her -- it will be the best decision you make for your big day!

People don’t generally follow directions at events and Kayce made sure that we stayed on schedule and didn’t have any regrets after the big day. Danielle from Every Little Detail was amazing and contributed to the absolute success of the most perfect wedding day. We hired Danielle as a partial planner after deciding (thank goodness) that we could not plan a wedding ourselves. Danielle was there every step of the way. She tended to be 2 steps ahead of us. Ahead of the wedding she'd reach out and ensure we were on track. ELD provided an amazing online tool that contributed to this success to track costs, plan seating, and keep all of our wedding documents in one place. Danielle helped us find some amazing vendors and was especially key in the 60 days ahead of the wedding, finalizing details, coordinating with vendors, and providing great details into what we should expect and prepare for. Day of ELD was even more amazing. The venue said ELD was one of the best planning companies they ever worked with - extremely on top of everything and so seamlessly coordinating every detail (no pun intended!). Every Little Detail was a joy to work with and they helped us create and execute a magical and truly perfect wedding day. I could not recommend them more.

We learned a lot from each chat with Sage, especially when she joined us for a walk-through of the venue. So many great tips and ways to help us stay organized! When Sage and her assistant joined us for the actual wedding weekend, they were above and beyond all of our hopes. Kylie assisted us at our rehearsal the day before our wedding, practicing the ceremony to ensure we understood the process and best practices for each bridal party member. Miranda and Raquel were there for us on our wedding date, helping set up decor, running to get breakfast for the bridal party, and being the point of contact with all our vendors. At one point, as the bride, I was getting overstimulated with all the pictures being taken in a short amount of time, and Miranda/Raquel had my back by making sure I had water and 30 minutes to center before our ceremony. Working with Ani Wolff and her team in preparation for our wedding was the single best decision we could have made. Ani’s a great wedding planner that brings empathy, clear communication, close attention to detail, transparency, and flexibility to the process. She’s the person you’ll want to work with to make your planning, and wedding day itself, run seamlessly. We would recommend Ani as an essential part of your wedding and wedding planning process. We met with Ani shortly after getting engaged where she shared her process, expertise, and transparent estimates for her services. She also helped us to understand what our overall budget could be for the wedding that we wanted to have. We felt like we could trust Ani right out of the gate. After deciding to work with her, we met on a monthly cadence to discuss options for things like venue, vendors, details, and timelines. She kept track of all of our details on a project management platform to which we had access. This kept us on track with what we had to work on, well ahead of schedule with most decisions, and relatively stress-free throughout the process. When it came to venues, vendors, and purchases, Ani did a great job of taking our expectations, budget, and general intended vibe for our wedding to source the right people/things. She has a great pulse on the best folks to work with and matched us up to 3-5 options to choose from. They were all amazing which made decision-making tough — a great problem to have! Ani is also flexible and consultative in how she works with you. We thought we had a clear idea of the kind of venue we wanted, but the first one we decided to look at (and ultimately the one we went with) was a departure from that. Ani was sure to check in with us to communicate that, but she swung with us when we we expressed interest in things we hadn’t fully entertained before. I would recommend having some idea of what you’d like, but just know that Ani is easily able to help you fill in the gaps. Overall, the planning process was seamless and Ani kept us on schedule so that we really weren’t stressed out about any of the logistical and aesthetic details of the wedding, giving us plenty of space to manage the personal parts of planning. As for the weekend of the wedding, Ani, Gab, and Gab ran the show like the pros that they are. Ani was there to orchestrate our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and welcome party and everything went off without a hitch. This gave us the ability to be fully present with our guests. The day of the wedding was no different. Ani and her team were the first people we saw when we started preparing for the day at the crack of 8am. Ani had a very solid timeline that was shared with all of our vendors and the venue and we stuck to it. They did an amazing job of getting all of our VIPs into position for the events of the day like hair/makeup, photos, and lunch. Ani was even sure to align with our VIPs on fielding questions and concerns about various things throughout the day. Basically, Ani and her team were there to manage any and all issues that popped up (hardly any did), so we could be free to be excited about getting married! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and I cannot thank her more. Please see our pictures, credited to Alicia King Photography (https://aliciakingphotography.com/) First: She is a real problem solver - our dream venue was non-negotiable (and one she found/recommended!), but we had issues finding certain vendors (not the venue’s fault, mainly had to do with timing). For example, we were having trouble finding our perfect florist, transportation and hair and makeup - Claire used her contacts and relationships and were able to find the most wonderful team for us and we could not be more grateful. It was true dedication for her to take matters into her own hands when my husband and I were thinking of giving up (i.e., we started looking into DIY options) and it is a testament to her reputation, character, and professionalism that certain vendors decided to make exceptions for us just to be able to work with her again Second: She has great judgment - many parts of the wedding process are not straightforward, and it was great to have Claire be a sounding board for what to do and what not to do. She will always try to give us what we want, but that does not mean that she’s a “yes-woman” and she will always offer her perspective with clear rationale when asked. Third: She cares so much - you can tell she genuinely wants to have each wedding be the best it can be! As you look through her portfolio (check out her instagram “@wewedwell”, where she began making reels post weddings) you’ll see that each wedding is unique and beautiful - no cookie cutter copy and paste here! Our respect for Claire grew through the little moments, whether it’s her proactive emails/lists telling us our immediate next steps (many of which would never occur to me), following up with vendors without prompting, super organized Google drive for resources, and just being extremely responsive (or proactively telling us when she may be slower to respond while working a wedding/on vacation/etc) We loved working with Claire!

WOW! I can not say enough on how appreciative I am of Bari and Antonia. A month before my wedding I realized I desperately needed Day of Coordinators. Bari and Antonia were so responsive and assuring. They took on my wedding with such grace. No request of mine was too much. They travelled all the way to Jersey City from Philly and were so accomodating. They spent time with all our vendors on the day of the wedding, helping set up with the florist and some of my DIY decor. They made sure my ceremony procession ran smoothly. They made sure all the little details were taken care of. The night of my wedding, the only thought I had was to have a good time, and thats because Bari and Antonia did the rest. Alex helped make the lead up to our wedding just about as frictionless as a couple could have wished for! She was punctual with communication with us as well as our vendors. She walked us through the timeline and listened to our own thoughts and made sure our vision came a reality. Eileen was amazing as our wedding planner / month-of coordinator. Both my husband and I were SO glad we hired her. Eileen helped us make so many decisions during the planning process that led to an extremely smooth wedding day - from where the bar was located to how we processed down the aisle, from whether to do cake or a dessert bar, to when champagne was poured - she really nailed it. She also worked with all of our vendors to coordinate setup and was onsite to help make sure everything was set up correctly & as planned. Everyone jokes that something *always* goes wrong on your wedding day, no matter how much you plan, but really we had nothing go wrong thanks to Eileen! She made our day stress-free! It's also important to call out that our venue wedding coordinator quit a couple of weeks before our wedding, and Eileen stepped up and swooped in to make sure our new point of contact at the venue was fully up-to-speed.
