Owner and Lead Coordinator

Owners Danielle DeFreest and Matt Marvullo opened Every Little Detail in the spring of 2012 with one goal in mind- to create pure and unique moments that are unforgettable. Danielle started out in the service industry as a teenager, and after graduating with a master’s degree in special education, decided to continue her career in service. Matt spent 24 years in the service industry, catering weddings and galas under master-chefs at 5 star venues throughout the country. In 2013 they asked long-time friend Kayla to help them at a wedding, and by the time the reception ended she realized she absolutely loved it. She is now a co-owner.

We truly pay attention to Every Little Detail. We all have vast experience in the service industry and bring that expertise to every single wedding. We work really well with all vendors and create a fabulous team for your wedding.

    Our experience with Every Little Detail (ELD) felt so effortless. We had a lot of vendors and pieces to set up at a non-standard venue. Danielle and the team at ELD made sure everything went flawlessly. Communication and planning were sorted and confirmed well ahead of the day, and everything came together exactly as we imagined. Our wedding day was spent truly enjoying the day instead of worrying about logistics and preparations. Hiring ELD was by far one of the best decisions we made early on.

    Every Little Details (ELD) is one of our all-time favorite planners to work with - we've worked with them year after year at every kind of venue including private homes. Regardless of the location, the client needs/personalities, special requests, and various hiccups and unforeseen issues that have come up- ELD always rises to the occasion and preforms seamlessly. It speaks volumes when a vendor is able to problem solve and keep things going without the couple ever even knowing there was an issue and ELD does exactly that. They are so easy and enjoyable to work with. If you have an opportunity to have them on your team (or better yet, leading it)- take it!
