Owners Danielle DeFreest and Matt Marvullo opened Every Little Detail in the spring of 2012 with one goal in mind- to create pure and unique moments that are unforgettable. Danielle started out in the service industry as a teenager, and after graduating with a master’s degree in special education, decided to continue her career in service. Matt spent 24 years in the service industry, catering weddings and galas under master-chefs at 5 star venues throughout the country. In 2013 they asked long-time friend Kayla to help them at a wedding, and by the time the reception ended she realized she absolutely loved it. She is now a co-owner.

Victoria is equal parts project manager and wedding wizard. She has an extensive background in restaurants, hospitality and venues. Before diving into weddings, Victoria spent several years managing large scale web development projects. She brings a systematic and sensible approach to weddings and is a huge fan of automating anything and everything. When not wrangling weddings, you’ll most often find her listening to a podcast while chasing after her little girl. Some of her favorite things are coffee with cream, Hudson Valley hikes with her husband, and making a mess with her Kitchenaid mixer

Nellie's passion for events began at age three, creating place cards for family celebrations. She holds a degree in Communications from Marist College and started her professional career in radio, managing special promotions and large events. Her experience spans the restaurant industry and managing a DJ company, where she coordinated charitable events. Since launching Nellie Hill Events in 2016, she has focused on weddings, her favorite area. She has built strong relationships with industry leaders across the Hudson Valley and northeast region.
