Carolyn was a god send for us in so many ways. We recently had a very DIY wedding with 120 guests, so as you can imagine there was a TON of work involved. Carolyn was with us every step of the way, from booking vendors, negotiating contracts, to-do lists, timeline and floorplans, you name it. But where she really shined is once we were there with her on the property. We had a million little details to think about and Carolyn was on top of it all. Many times before I even had to ask. She gave us the capability to actually relax and enjoy ourselves in the days leading up to the wedding, which we expected we would have had to be working the whole time. We were blown away by her hustle and work ethic, and even more-so, how she maintained a super positive attitude throughout it all. She was a delight to work with and helped us throw the wedding of our dreams. The same goes for her assistant! Amazing! Jesse was always there when I needed her and was fast to help me with any questions or needs I had. Jesse and Julia helped run my special day and they were on top of everything! I didn’t feel pulled in 100 directions trying to get things just the way I wanted it, because they had it locked down. This made it to where I was able to enjoy my night. AND THE DECORATION…. HIGHLY recommend Love & Laughter Weddings! We booked the live music, day of coordinator and officiant package and our wedding was divine! Bryan played our favorite songs throughout the ceremony and cocktail hour and the performance was perfect! My husband new that he wanted a small destination wedding and what started out as a small event turned out to be a wedding of 53 at the Riu Palace in Riviera Maya, Mexico!! I started working with Candyce at Destify who was do pleasant. I had Andrew who created my website. He added everything and whatever I sent him to my wedding. It was so memorable that I wanted to have everything that was on there. I had a support team during travel and those who scheduled meetings with us regularly to ensure that everything was going according to plan. The wedding planning, Leticia, at the Riu Palace is the sweetest, most soft spoken, flexible, and accommodating wedding coordinator. She helped create the wedding of my dreams. We booked Teyanna in 2022 for our August 2024 wedding and did not regret it one bit. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Korina and her assistant Ashley blended both professionalism and familiarity in their working style. Korina is personable, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Importantly, she initiated communication amongst all our vendors without us needing to ask her to do so. Amidst the busy summer wedding season of 2024, Korina was immediately responsive, constantly flexible, and tracked even the most minute details we asked of her. She answered our questions using her expertise and if there was something we had to find out, she was quick ​in response and immediate to action. For the wedding reception day, she notated which seats were for the young guests so as to remember where the coloring pages were to be placed, she was instrumental in placing each individual gift bag to match the names of our guests in their appropriate seats, and she was even our personal bodyguard during our 10 minutes of eating in peace! Korina's impact was so incredible that we completely forgot there were things we were supposed to worry about on the day of! Korina made us feel at home during a time of potential chaos and multiple moving parts. Our experience would not have shined as much as it did without Korina's leadership and behind-the-scenes work. And to think that she found our 150-guest reception to be a piece of cake. Imagine how much potential she has with your next event!

When my husband and I started our journey to plan our wedding, I knew we were going to need some help. We are non traditional, with very eclectic tastes, and we were going to need someone special to help us pull off all of our insane ideas. I extensively researched over 20 coordinators, had a phones calls with 5 different companies, but ultimately I knew Ashley from Rose Event Co. was going to be the one. From the start she personable, intelligent, and made me feel understood in what our vision was for our special day. Throughout the process she was punctual with all of our appointments, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel confident leaving my type A personality and needs in her hands. The weekend of the wedding came, and a lot of creative problem solving as well. We rented a private mansion for our event and did the rehearsal the day before. Ashley was there early, having already communicated with my other vendors and the venue to make sure we would be prepared for our big day. What we didn't expect was the kitchen under construction, furniture and decor that had not been moved at our previous requests(but promised), rooms that we had planned for, but could no longer use, and the Venue staff not "remembering" months worth of text and phone call conversations about our needs and expectations, as well as their promises and what they were supposed to deliver. There were other issues, but I digress. Ashley immediately stepped in with ideas and to be the go between with the Venue, and to help troubleshoot the long list of problems that had now come up. The night before was stressful for my Husband and I, not knowing if we were going pull this off, but I knew with Ashley, we were in good hands. The day of she brought her A game, a stunning red dress, and handled business. She was not afraid to get involved and make sure everything we wanted happened. She listened to our needs, knew when to step up or step down, was super flexible in our timeline and made sure to handle any issues that arose during the wedding. Her ability to read a situation and adapt to the issues at hand made her the perfect fit to our crazy ideas. She has incredible creative problem solving and is kind hearted and hard working. If it wasn't for Ashley, we could not have pulled off our day. I would recommend her 10x's over, to any bride that wants an absolute badass by their side. She handles business, and gives confidence to her clients. Thank you Ashley and Rose Event Co. for turning what could have been a disaster into a day dream!

I have waited 2.5 years to write this review and could not be more thrilled with our decision to work with Vine and Branch! Tatiana was the best investment we made into our big day, not only was she our planner but our planning bff! When we switched our wedding from California to Italy she didn’t even hesitate and jumped right into helping us pick our venue, research vendors and manage the most insane logistics I’ve ever seen! Whenever I was stressed or overwhelmed with a situation she was already working on figuring out a solution with the vendor and was ready with plan B, C and D just in case. Whenever we faced a design dilemma I would text her with the preface of “okay this might sound crazy..,” and crazy enough she was always on the same page. She was also honest with me about changing direction with certain plans if she knew something else would work better. When you live in Pinterest like I do, it was important that I had someone who gave me honest opinions and made sure the design worked together seamlessly! I have heard so many horror stories from friends about their planners not taking their budget seriously but throughout our entire time working with Tatiana she never pushed us to pick a more expensive option or made us feel bad if we had to drop something off of an invoice. She was also upfront with us from day 1 about what it would cost to create our vision. Day of the wedding she was an absolute rock star! I’ve worked in the industry and have been in charge of running events so letting go of control is hard for me but she managed everything without a hitch and I was able to be so present knowing she had everything handled! Seeing the design we have been working on for 2 years was absolutely surreal! Everything was stunning and all of our guests absolutely raved about everything! I was trying to cut corners on wherever I could as Weddings are just outrageously expensive. My venue required a coordinator, so I looked and reached out to a few. Most never responded to me or were just way too expensive. Finding Jenna was meant to be. She really made me realize how valuable a wedding coordinator is and above all how valuable she was to us. Jenna made all of the difference with how smoothly planning went amd how the day rolled out. I didn't have to worry about a thing because Jenna literally took care of it all - set up, pick up, making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be, and so much more that I am likely unaware of. There are not enough words in the English dictionary to describe how wonderful Joey is. Not only is she the kindest woman you will ever meet, but you will never feel like "just another client" when you're with her. She takes the time and works hard in every single aspect of her craft -- it truly is amazing to have an artist that took the time to wrap 200 twinkle light strands with over 50 6 ft. fall leaf garlands and tie them up on the ceiling, all because I (the bride) wanted to feel like I was in an autumn rustic, twinkle light heaven. Hiring her is the best thing we did for our wedding. Not only did we have the wedding of our dreams, but we walked away with a lifelong friend. I have so many good things to say about Celebrations by Brandi aside from being AMAZING! First off, she is an wonderful human being. I knew from the beginning that she was the one! Talking with her was like to talking to a girlfriend. She is genuinely kind, warm, fun, and easy to talk to over the phone. I regretted not hiring her from the beginning because I went with another wedding planner (The W Event Planner) due to budget, which was the biggest mistake ever! I ended up losing my deposit with the other event planner, but it was all worth it when I finally got the planner I really wanted from the beginning. I was very grateful that Brandi was still available for my wedding and that she was kind and understanding enough to take me back after explaining what had happened with the previous wedding planner I hired. After that it was history! Brandi became the person to go to for any and all advice (psychological stuff too!). It was so easy to see her as a friend. Being able to fully trust her with every detail of my wedding just made wedding planning that much more less stressful and made the whole process much more fun and exciting. Throughout the whole process Brandi was always available to help calm nerves and offer effective solutions to all problems, big and small. She was always on hand, day or night, to offer support and guidance. I found the enormity of planning a wedding rather overwhelming at times, while trying to live up to the expectations of myself and others. She took away this worry on so many occasions. Her eye for detail, focus on perfection and wealth of knowledge on all things wedding was invaluable. On the day she was by our side with her assistant Victoria, making sure everything ran smoothly, and we trusted their organization and decision making on our very special day. Sabrina and Chelsea were a pleasure to work with since our very first call! After our intro call where we described our dream wedding, they gave us a list of recommended venues that was an immense help in our venue search. This was before we signed with them which I thought was very kind for them to do! They were very positive, friendly and patient with our many questions. We ended up doing the wedding management and tabletop design package. We worked closely with Sabrina throughout the planning and she is amazing! Always calm and reassuring that we were on track with planning. The team is super organized and also gave us planning tools like a checklist and budget tracker. Communication was always easy and I asked for monthly calls which helped a lot. The design process was fun and Sabrina was able to create our design plan based on our Pinterest board, as well as recommend vendors that fit our aesthetic. She even helped make our table signage! The day of went perfectly as planned and was absolutely beautiful! We were able to just show up without a worry! Our bridal party was also able to just enjoy the day since Lucky Day was handling everything. Sabrina and her assistant checked in with us throughout the wedding day and helped with my dress, shoes, and even had to go on the beach with us for photos. They set up all our extra decor and neatly packed everything at the end of the night so we didn’t forget anything. We had last minute changes to our schedule the week of and Sabrina was able to manage all our requests. We had our dream wedding come true and would highly recommend Lucky Day!

I first heard about Abibi Bridal when I was assisting my best friend CakedbyMel assemble a wedding cake in New Hampshire in September 2023. Mind you, I was visiting my best friend in Boston for the weekend because it was her birthday. I live in New York, so I took a flight to Boston to spend time with her.
