Born out of 10 years in the wedding industry, Vine + Branch Events Co. was founded on the principals of intentional design and overall client connection and experience. We believe love is a marvelous thing and that every couple deserves to have someone as their rock through the planning process. We believe in custom design woven throughout your day that reflects the both of you as a couple. We believe in becoming planing BFFs so you can lean on us during the entire process, start to finish. Your love is unique, treasured and special - let's have your day reflect all you both are about!

At VBE, we get to know our couples inside and out in order to plan a day that's not only flawless, but designed with absolute intentionality. Our experience in the industry has taken us all over the United States (and we're now going international!) and we couldn't be luckier to bring all the inside info, incredible vendor referrals and vendor connections to your wedding.

The best thing we ever did for our wedding!

Where do we start? It’s taken me over 6 months to sit down with my thoughts to write a review for Tatiana and The Vine & Branch team because we love them so much and still sad our wedding is over. I can’t recommend them enough. Right off the jump, Tatiana had been so welcoming and supportive to work with. We were looking for someone we could connect with that would help execute our destination wedding in San José Del Cabo, Mexico! We booked a full design planning package and now looking back, there’s no way we could have pulled off such a beautiful wedding weekend without the help of The Vine and Branch wedding planning team. The attention to all the details, email communications, personalized spreadsheets, venue and vendor research was top-freaking-notch. It really helped us narrow down our vision and kept our planning process really fun. One of the best parts in the process when you book a full planning/design package is when you receive your Design Deck. It was extremely helpful seeing the team’s suggestions and it also encouraged open communication if we were on the same page for everything. The process of the monthly countdown checklist was also extremely satisfying and held us accountable to communicate if we needed changes or upgrades as we went along. The best! Working with Tatiana for the entire duration of our 15 month Engagement was the best investment we ever did. We truly would not have pulled off such a beautiful, flawless and stress-free wedding weekend without her help. Something personal about me— my family is just not physically or emotionally available and we knew this when we decided we wanted to plan a wedding. We knew it would be hard work and could mentally drain us, but after our consultation with Tatiana, it immediately felt like we had the perfect sounding board that could give us the support that we knew we needed. By the end of all of the wedding season, Tatiana truly felt like family and I hope she knows how important she will always be to us. She brought so much peace and support into our lives during our engagement and we could not be more grateful. She helped bring our dream wedding to life and executed everything with so much grace. From start to finish, Tatiana made the entire wedding planning process not only manageable but also incredibly enjoyable. She's fun, easy to work with, and truly knows how to alleviate the stress that can come with planning such an important day. Tatiana provided us with multiple vendor options, ensuring we had choices that fit our style and budget. She even went above and beyond, negotiating on our behalf to get us the best deals possible. Tatiana was incredible to work with! Not only does she understand the industry so well, but she kept me on top of all the planning and decisions I needed to make. I consider myself detail oriented and there were so many things I noticed on the wedding day that made me smile because I know Tatiana had her hand on it and made the right decisions in the moment. I have waited 2.5 years to write this review and could not be more thrilled with our decision to work with Vine and Branch! Tatiana was the best investment we made into our big day, not only was she our planner but our planning bff! When we switched our wedding from California to Italy she didn’t even hesitate and jumped right into helping us pick our venue, research vendors and manage the most insane logistics I’ve ever seen! Whenever I was stressed or overwhelmed with a situation she was already working on figuring out a solution with the vendor and was ready with plan B, C and D just in case. Whenever we faced a design dilemma I would text her with the preface of “okay this might sound crazy..,” and crazy enough she was always on the same page. She was also honest with me about changing direction with certain plans if she knew something else would work better. When you live in Pinterest like I do, it was important that I had someone who gave me honest opinions and made sure the design worked together seamlessly! I have heard so many horror stories from friends about their planners not taking their budget seriously but throughout our entire time working with Tatiana she never pushed us to pick a more expensive option or made us feel bad if we had to drop something off of an invoice. She was also upfront with us from day 1 about what it would cost to create our vision. Day of the wedding she was an absolute rock star! I’ve worked in the industry and have been in charge of running events so letting go of control is hard for me but she managed everything without a hitch and I was able to be so present knowing she had everything handled! Seeing the design we have been working on for 2 years was absolutely surreal! Everything was stunning and all of our guests absolutely raved about everything! I truly couldn’t have done this without Tatiana and I already miss all of our crazy conversations and shared Italy reels! Let’s do a reunion in Ravello, okay? Ciao for now! Megan and Conor
