Based in Orange County, our team of detail-oriented, thoughtful, and collaborative planners is dedicated to making your big day not only smooth but also fun and stress-free! At LVLF, we do more than plan exquisite weddings. We also excel in areas that are not so obvious to others -- ​like our mind-numbing attention to the tiniest detail, ​awareness of complex family dynamics, and delicate ​sensitivity to cultural cues. Specializing in large banquet style Asian weddings, Filipino/Catholic religious settings, Tea Ceremonies and bringing diverse cultures and elements together is our jam.

    Love and Life Events is an amazing wedding planning vendor who knows what it takes to keep a special event moving and organized. Their communication style is direct, professional, polite, easy, and clear. The team is efficient, diligent, and provides phenomenal service. They kept all the wedding formalities on schedule and assisted the bride and groom with everything, making this special day an absolute pleasure. Love and Life Events is a group of true event professionals who can direct and lead their clients and all vendors in the right direction when there are so many moving parts.

    The advice people gave my fiancé and I once we got engaged was to get a wedding planner. We will give all engaged couples the same advice but even better...get Love and Life Events to help you plan your dream wedding. It was the best decision and investment we made that helped us save time, avoid unnecessary stress, and allowed us to be fully present on our wedding day. My fiancé and I had opposite schedules so there was no way we could plan a wedding on our own. We also didn't know where to begin! My cousin recommended LVLF Events and we booked our initial consultation with Chiell. Chiell has a very warm and welcoming personality. On our initial call, she took time to get to know us and dove right in on recommending wedding visions and venues that fit what we wanted! On our first call! We knew she was the one and moved forward with full wedding planning services (It is worth it!). Chiell and her team planned our dream wedding from beginning to end. We told her our vision for our wedding day, and they recommended venues that fit that description. They found venues for us, scheduled venue tours, obtained quotes for all our vendors (DJ, Photography/Videography, Hair/Makeup, Live Bands, Florals etc.) and helped us stay within our budget. They did all the booking stuff for us which made it so easy. They even offered advice to help us save some money. We also had monthly calls to go over the next steps or review any vendors we need to make decisions on. They lead our wedding rehearsal and were very organized in getting everyone together. On the day of our wedding all I can say is that my fiancé and I didn't have to do a thing but show up, look good lol, practice our vows and be present on the wedding day of our dreams. The LVLF Team took care of everything. They created our wedding day timeline, managed all of our vendors, set up our tables cards/table numbers/signage, and took care of both my fiance and I by making sure we were eating, drinking, and having a fun time. There are probably so many things we are missing from this list, but it just goes to show they will be on top of every detail on your wedding day so you can enjoy it and savor each moment. The day does go by so fast! Yes, it's just one day, but its the BEST day of your life and you want to enjoy each moment instead of worrying about wedding details throughout the day. Lastly, we want to add that the week before the wedding Chiell checked in on us and reminded us we were in good hands. It's very true! The LVLF Team will take good care of you. They are passionate about their job and make sure your day goes smoothly and better than what you expect. It was best decision we ever made! Our wedding day was one of the BEST days of our lives and we thank the LVLF Team for being our wedding planners, wedding coordinators, cheerleaders, and hype-team.

    Chiell, Dalavy, and Makayla were just phenomenal to work with for our wedding day. This being my husband and my first time trying to organize something so grand, we really expected we would need to juggle some of the setup and logistics on the day of but, in reality, we practically did none of that because the LVLF team was just so fast and amazing at coordinating everything. It was like magic the way we would be off taking pictures and entertaining family & friends and, next thing we know, the reception area is fully set up exactly as we had envisioned or the dessert table is beautifully arranged to a tee... the list could really go on! We had some unexpected incidents like being hit with the recent heatwave and many of our family arriving much earlier than the guest ready time but Chiell, Dalavy, and Makayla just took everything in stride. Truly the dream team to work with and we are so grateful to have had them there on our special day. If you're looking for coordinators that will strive to make your wedding as perfect as can be, look no further because this is them! :)
