At JCDesigns, we believe wedding planning should be fun and stress-free. Your engagement should be filled with celebrations of your love with family and friends—not worrying about your to-do list. Our goal is to bring your vision to life on your wedding day by incorporating personal details and unique touches that showcase your love story and express who you are as a couple. Our passion is creating and facilitating the perfect event, where everything looks stunning, runs smoothly, and my couple and their guests not only enjoy themselves to the fullest, but experience something truly special and memorable!

My background is in stage design and for a while I worked as a design associate on Broadway in New York City. I'm used to a fast paced environment, high stakes, and lots of pressure to make things perfect - and that is exactly what I love to do.  I always enjoy getting to know you and figuring out just what “perfect wedding” means to you. Planning also offers me the opportunity to put my past experience with design to great use! There are so many design details- big, small, and everything in between- that your wedding is nothing short of a work of art.

Description

This service is for you if you want someone to handle all of the major pieces of the planning process. While you want to be a part of every decision, you’d prefer to leave the heavy lifting to us so you can enjoy your engagement. Our full planning package also comes with curated design services. Full planning is also recommended for any out of town couples.

Not all couples want to have a tented soiree with 300 of their nearest and dearest. Some clients want the “wedding experience” without the guest list and complexities that come with it. If that sounds like you, this service will help you plan the micro wedding of your dreams without sparing any of the details that make your wedding day unforgettable. This is a full planning service, at a reduced rate, for 30 or less guests.

This service is for you if you have some of your vendors hired and most of the big decisions made, but you’d like to hand everything over to someone else to manage moving forward so you can sit back, relax, and prepare to walk down the aisle. This is also recommended if you want to more hands on in the planning process but without the stress of handling everything yourself!

This service is for you if you want to handle the entire planning process yourself, but the thought of worrying about whether the linens arrived wrinkled, or the DJ is on time is not how you want to spend your wedding day. With “Month-Of” you get to enjoy being the bride or groom while letting someone else worry about the details on your day.

    I truly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator! Jenna’s expertise was evident in every detail of our planning—from managing vendors and creating a seamless timeline to flawlessly executing every detail on the big day. Her organization and communication throughout the process kept me calm and on track during what could have easily been a stressful time. Jenna’s talents go far beyond just coordination too. She has an incredible eye for design and brought my vision of a romantic, candlelit ambiance to life. It was stunning, magical, and even more beautiful than anything I had imagined or seen on Pinterest! Thanks to Jenna, I was able to be fully present and enjoy our wedding day without a single worry.     I truly can't recommend Jenna enough!! When we first met with Jenna, we knew she would be a great planner for us because she was so professional and got right down to business. Throughout the planning process, she kept us on our timeline, on budget, and consistently drove results. She communicated with myself and all the vendors frequently and efficiently. Our wedding was a unique one, because we got married in my parents' backyard in a horse arena. So we really had to do everything from the ground up. I'm not the most creative, so I really relied on Jenna to bring everything together, both in the functional and creative sense. And Jenna nailed it! Everything came together even better than I could have imagined and we got so many compliments. The week of the wedding, we had some hiccups with some of the vendors and Jenna handled it all professionally and kept the stress away from my husband and I. After all is said and done, we truly think out of everything for the wedding, the best money we spent was hiring Jenna. Not only is Jenna amazing at her job, but she is so sweet and kind and I will miss talking with her every week! Thank you so much, Jenna!!

    Life saver. Rockstar. Patient. Beyond helpful. These are the first words that come to mind when describing our experience working with Jenna. Her knowledge of not only knowing the ins and outs of our venue, but of all vendors in the San Diego area made the process of working with her extremely seamless. She displayed a great balance of letting us plan our wedding, but also not being afraid to draw from her experiences and give her recommendation of things as well. Although there is so much that goes into planning a wedding, Jenna made the process so much simpler for us, and it is hard to imagine what our wedding would have looked like if we did not have her on our team!

    Working with JCDesigns Weddings & Events LLC was a truly wonderful experience. Jenna and her team were extremely professional, friendly, and organized throughout the entire planning process. As experienced wedding planners, they delivered on all the services they outlined and were incredibly timely in their responses and coordination. Jenna added her own special creative touches to our tropical theme, including bringing in unique props that really brought our vision to life.
