Embrace U is on a mission to bring more confidence, joy, and ease to couples as they plan their wedding, and more presence and peace of mind on their wedding day. Our intention is three-fold: First, to empower people with the invaluable knowledge I have gained from years of working as a Venue Manager and Wedding Coordinator. Second, to guide and support couples with monthly action lists and goal-setting strategies. And third, to tangibly help organize and track the seemingly endless elements that make up a wedding. For those getting married in SoCal, we offer full support at the wedding so couples can relax and enjoy their big day.

We believe the process of planning a wedding can be focused less on overwhelming to-do lists and more about empowering couples to make decisions that reflect their unique relationship and wedding vision. Our innovative planning process encourages people to trust themselves, to strengthen their partnership, and to focus on what truly matters most.

    Embrace U Made Our Wedding Day a Dream

    From our first initial "meet and greet" call with Erin, we could tell that she was extremely intentional about her services. I still remember her asking us, "what a successful wedding day looked like to each of us," when we first started the planning process. Even though we had hired her for her day of coordinator services, throughout the journey of planning our wedding, we would bring Erin some of the most random questions and I (the bride) would bring a lot of concerns that were brought up with times where I was feeling stressed. But each time, Erin made sure to answer all of our questions/concerns and made sure to always bring us back down from stressful mindsets and remind us of our initial answers to that question. We truly felt that Erin prioritized us and made sure to get to know us on a personal level. With knowing our personalities, I feel that Erin would change her approaches in helping us plan in ways that we could easily digest as the planning of a wedding on our own felt overwhelming at times. Erin was also very good at noticing when we would forget to complete some of our “to-do” items and would gently send us reminders or even offer to assist us in completing certain planning tasks to help us get to the finish line. Towards the last few weeks, I was working on the final details such as our seating chart and going slightly crazy with aligning all the names and numbers on Canva and Erin swooped in to quickly fix all of our signage! Even down to the day before the wedding during our “load-in” at the reception space, we discovered that 20 of our plates had broken during transportation and Erin assured us that she would make it all work for our guests and vendors and that everyone had a plate! I wish we had hired Erin for the full wedding coordination, but we were blessed that she worked with our budget to give us day of coordination and month of coordination, and even extra coordination and the answer to our many questions/concerns. Erin was not only was extremely organized with coordinating for us, but she brought up so many factors that we would have overlooked and made the moments leading up to our big day and the wedding day itself extremely seamless. I truly felt that Erin always and completely understood the visions we had for the feel of our wedding and how we wanted everything to flow and look. My husband and I were on a very tight budget which Erin understood and made sure that we could find ways to achieve the aspects of our wedding that we wanted in a budget friendly way. Lastly, Erin's calm, warm and extremely friendly personality made it so that she was amazing to work with, I was always excited for our meetings with her and all of our vendors, and our ceremony/reception coordinators loved her and her team! Our day would not have been as amazing without Erin and her team; my husband and I were able to fully take in all of the moments of our day without having to worry about a thing!

    Best Coordinator Ever

    Working with Erin was an absolutely wonderful experience. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the entire planning process. Her communication was always clear, timely, and effective, which made us feel confident and supported every step of the way. She was attentive to every detail, answered all of our questions, and helped make the wedding day feel organized and stress-free. Her calm and caring presence allowed us to relax and truly enjoy our celebration. We are so grateful for everything she did to help make our wedding day so special and would highly recommend her to any couple looking for a thoughtful, professional, and dependable coordinator

    Best wedding planner and wedding decision we made

    I was so hesitant on hiring a wedding planner but, Erin and her team were absolute ROCKSTARS! Seriously, without her being there for my wife the way she was I truly do not know where we would've been. I am telling EVERYONE they need to hire a wedding coordinator, but not just any Embrace U and Erin are the easiest and best choice one could make. They really made it to where the day was about us and we did not have to think about a whole lot. This was the first wedding I have ever been apart of where groomsmen and grooms and bride and maids of honor could actually enjoy the day. Every wedding I have been in as a groomsmen we could not enjoy the day at all. She is MORE THAN FAIR on price, and the only one that truly had a heart for us and the patience for us. Thank Erin for helping my wife's dream wedding become reality and exceeding all expectations. You played a very large role in making it easy for us and allowing us to keep living our lives and working. I would have changed anything and I would have been an idiot to not hire her.

I began planning weddings as a Venue Coordinator in 2019, working with dozens of couples who inspired me to create a planning system accessible to all budgets. Since then, I’ve supported over 30 weddings in person (and counting!) and continue to refine a process that fits every planning style - from hands-on DIY couples to those seeking full guidance. I intentionally limit the number of weddings I take on each year to ensure each couple receives the care and attention they deserve.
You’ll work directly with me throughout the planning process; I’m your main point of contact from start to finish. On your wedding day, I bring at least one assistant to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Depending on your guest count and design vision, I may add up to four additional team members to help with setup, transitions, service, and breakdown. This day-of support is included in tiered pricing, with full details available on my website.
We only take on one wedding per weekend to ensure every couple receives our full attention and support. Our in-person packages include setup, breakdown, and up to 12 hours on-site, plus we love leading your rehearsal 1–2 days before your wedding (if allowed by your venue) so you and your wedding party feel confident and excited. This focus allows us to maintain the high standards of care and service every couple deserves.
The time you spend with me depends on your package and my goal is to save you stress and countless hours! Day-of Coordination: unlimited communication starts 6 weeks out, plus a 2-hour Details Meeting, saving 30–40 hours. Partial Planning: starts at booking with up to two 1:1 meetings and planning support, saving 50–60 hours. Full Planning: unlimited communication, optional monthly check-ins, and full collaboration, saving 75–100+ hours.
