Embrace U

Embrace U is on a mission to bring more confidence, joy, and ease to couples as they plan their wedding, and more presence and peace of mind on their wedding day. Our intention is three-fold: First, to empower people with the invaluable knowledge I have gained from years of working as a Venue Manager and Wedding Coordinator. Second, to guide and support couples with monthly action lists and goal-setting strategies. And third, to tangibly help organize and track the seemingly endless elements that make up a wedding. For those getting married in SoCal, we offer full support at the wedding so couples can relax and enjoy their big day.

We believe the process of planning a wedding can be focused less on overwhelming to-do lists and more about empowering couples to make decisions that reflect their unique relationship and wedding vision. Our innovative planning process encourages people to trust themselves, to strengthen their partnership, and to focus on what truly matters most.

My daughter and I had the privilege of having Erin coordinate her wedding, which took place on the 26th of October 2024, and my goodness, did she make it an extraordinary event that we will cherish forever! Our journey with Erin started with an informative consultation, during which she radiated an air of sheer professionalism. Her passion to understand and cater to our vision was beyond compare. She took it upon herself to make each decision, each detail uniquely ours. Erin impressed us even more with her organization and communication, which to us were signs of her impeccable prowess.     Erin is truly INCREDIBLE!! One of the best decisions I made for our wedding was hiring Erin as our planner! From the very first meeting, I knew our wedding was in great hands. I could feel the stress melt away as I could tell Erin was extremely knowledgeable and on top of everything. She always responded to all inquiries very quickly and had so much knowledge to share. She walked us through every step of the way and throughly explained everything. Her wedding planning website where I was able to upload inspo pictures, the guest list, vendor contacts, and more is truly amazing and is so easy to navigate. Just four days before our big day, the chosen venue was evacuated due to a fire in Big Bear. It was a race against time! Fortunately, Erin was able to find the dreamiest venue for our big day!! The stress of that week was unimaginable, but she was so positive, so caring, and so dependable. The day of the wedding I was able to relax and fully enjoy the day because Erin and her team were there. I am beyond grateful for Erin and her team’s support and commitment in ensuring our day was perfect. I could not have done it without her!! I would recommend her services to any couple looking for a wedding planner.

    When I first reached out to the Embrace U team, I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the funds on a day of coordinator. After a couple of conversations with Erin, I was convinced the Embrace U team was worth every penny. The team did not disappoint, my husband and I will be forever grateful. Erin's attention to detail and years of experience shined. She ensured she completely understood our vision and what was most important to us. Four weeks prior to our wedding date, Erin took over vendor communication and was our point of contact. This was such a stress relief. Erin also created a wedding day timeline, which is one of the reasons why we had such a successful wedding. All the vendors and our bridal party knew our plan and timeline the week before our wedding. I did make minor changes last minute but Erin helped communicate those to the vendors. Erin and her team were always near by but not in the way. Anytime I needed to ask or point out small things that came up, the Embrace U team was just a quick glance and nod away. At the end of our reception, Erin and her team ensured everything was neatly saved away and cleaned up. My husband, nor myself, nor my bridal party needed to worry about clean up. As a Bride, I fully enjoyed every moment of our wedding day. Looking back I didn't stress about any aspect of our day because I knew we had Erin and the Embrace U team. I am so glad we decided to hire the Embrace U team, they helped make our wedding vision a dream come true.
