Thank you for your interest in Perfectly Planned Occasion. My name is Kristina and I have been a planner my whole life. The only thing that has changed is what I am planning. In college I planned social outings and holiday parties for my roommates. Due to my love of organization I majored in Recreation and Leisure Studies, which included event planning at California State University. After graduation, I worked full-time in municipal recreation for the City of Cypress planning and day-of coordinating city-wide special events, as well as managing venues to host banquets, parties, and beautiful wedding receptions.

-Create a minute-by-minute timeline. -Will contact all of your vendors one month prior to your event to confirm arrival times and set-up and send them the timeline. -Licensed and insured on-site coordinator provided the whole day of the event. -Direct vendors during set-up. -Set-up any personal decor. -Manage vendors throughout the day to stay on schedule and coordinate announcements. -Ensure all vendors are paid and gratuities are given.

    Kristina is an absolute magician and angel! Prior to my wedding day, she was incredibly helpful by asking all the right questions about things I never would have thought of. The week of, the weather was all over the place and we had to totally redo our layout to account for the possibility of rain. She was so patient and calming while I rattled through several terrible ideas before we landed on the best one together. She coordinated with all my vendors prior to the event and even made sure my venue allowed one of the vendors they tried to deny. For all my decor and visions, I was so disorganized and didn’t communicate anything very well, and she still was able to pull it all together and made sure everything was perfect and just as I had dreamed. Her assistant Kelly was like a whisp who floated here and there making everything happen without anyone noticing. They worked seamlessly with all my vendors and bridesmaids. Her pricing also seems so reasonable considering how much time and energy she put into me and my wedding. I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy my wedding day without her!
