Sun & Daughter Events was especially curated by our founder, Serenity... She couldn't name the company Serenity Events because event planning is anything but Serene! But we do our absolute all to ensure the wedding planning is as easy as It can be. We want to be your best friend during the planning process & answer any questions you may have! Lets get you married!

Amazing Experience!
Serenity was an absolute pleasure to work with. In the months and weeks leading up to our wedding, she was incredibly organized and professional. She made a stressful process simple and straightforward. And on the wedding day, Serenity and her team member Alysse managed everything perfectly. We received countless comments from guests saying how seamless and organized everything was; a testament to Serenity’s work. I would highly recommend Serenity and her team to anyone!!

Serenity was such an important part of our special day! I am so so so grateful that we found her. We interviewed many day of coordinators but ended up moving forward with Serenity because we loved her gentle/kind personality. She exuded warmth from the first second we jumped on a call with her. Our check ins prior to the week of the wedding were also super helpful and organized. The day before the wedding during the rehearsal, she went above and beyond with helping us problem solve some logistics that were outside of me and my husbands wheelhouse (spatial flow, timing, etc). On the day of, she made sure our vision came to life by making executive decisions on placement of items (the memorial table was so perfect!) and quick thinking when things went awry (the sound at our venue had glitches and she adjusted the time table seamlessly). We really couldn’t have asked for a better day of coordinator. You made our day shine! Thank you so much!!
Wonderful and organized wedding coordinator!
Serenity helped keep our wedding on track and also kept us calm throughout our wedding planning. We weren't sure if we wanted a day of coordinator or have someone help us a few months in advance. We only had 4 months to plan our wedding and Serenity helped us by providing possible vendors and her experience with OC weddings really helped in preparing for the big day. The day of the wedding, she was calm, professional, and on top of everything! We were so thankful of Serenity!
