Koral is a SoCal content creator, wedding blogger, event planner, radio show host, dog momma and recent bride. Koral has always loved planning and decorating for her own parties ever since she can remember. After years in the veterinary field, Koral decided she wanted to follow her heart and become an event planner.

Her creative eye, organizational skills and enthusiastic personality are what drives her to help plan amazing events and make visions come to life. After planning her own wedding in July of 2022, she understands how important a wedding day is and wants to help all the brides and grooms out there!

Description	Let's just say... WE GOT YOU! Our full planning package is full assistance from start to finish. We will discuss your priorities, vision and design aspects. We do all the outreach, research, and organizing so you can make the final choices and decisions. This collection is ideal for the couple that wants to be involved in the fun parts while not worrying about stressful deadlines or endless planning.	Our partial planning package is perfect for the couple who has more time for wedding planning and an overall aesthetic on how they want their wedding to look. We will execute the design and guide you through the planning process. We help contract vendors that align with your style and budget. Our main goal is to help produce a successful wedding day.	Our "month of" wedding coordination package is for the couple that has already planned everything but is looking for someone to tie together all the loose ends and execute your big day. We start working together six weeks prior to your wedding date and assist with final walk throughs, vendor communications and wedding logistics. This package includes custom planning tools to help organize everything early on.

Thank goodness we hired Koral! I'm a huge procrastinator, and the thought of planning a wedding while working full-time was overwhelming. As soon as we brought Koral on board (6 months out), I felt an enormous weight lifted off my shoulders. Her warm, non-judgmental, and loving personality turned my stress into excitement. Koral is incredibly organized and detail-oriented—everything you want in a planner. Her timeline and checklist kept us on track, and she always anticipated what I might forget. She handled vendors with professionalism, negotiated pricing, and made sure we stayed on budget. She even provided us with links to everything we needed, saving us so much time. The day went flawlessly, thanks to her meticulous planning. Her team was amazing, with special shout-outs to Shelby, Shivani, and Maggie! Shelby stayed by my side all day and became like a best friend. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with Koral & Ko. If you're thinking about hiring support for your wedding, do it! Whether you’re 6 months out, 3 months out, or just need day-of coordination, you won’t regret it!

There are a great many things I can say about how absolutely amazing Koral is, and I will. But first and foremost I need to say this: hire this woman! We booked Koral & Ko for a “month of,” coordination package. We already had most of our things booked (venue, vendors, etc.) but we wanted someone to help us make it over the finish line. Most of our anxiety stemmed from small details, little decisions and doubt in our ability to corral all of our friends and family. Koral, made all of that anxiety evaporate. She knew all the right questions to ask to ensure we were all aligned when it came to the details. Prior to when Koral’s contract actually began, she would still checked in and even provided us with check lists to ensure we were on track with all of our planning. When something we wanted to figure out was too complicated for us to do on our own, we were able to utilize our Planning Calls that were part of our package. It was incredibly helpful to use her as a sounding board when it came to ideas and timelines! We didn’t realize how many little details and questions come up or how many people reach out once you approach the actual wedding date. Koral took on all of our vendor communication and timeline coordination to iron out any wrinkles. All of our vendors told us how much they loved how organized and prompt she was! When it came to our wedding day, my husband and I can honestly say we felt like guests. Koral and her team handled absolutely everything. There was a moment where a dark shade of lipstick was smeared across my dress and she pulled out a tide to go pen and cleaned it up before my grand entrance! She also procured a sewing kit when a groomsman lost a button on his tuxedo! And when we needed to find a family member or friend for a picture, she was able to track them down with the efficiency of a bloodhound. We did not feel at all rushed at any point on the day. Our vendors were genuinely shocked at the fact we were consistently ahead of schedule because everything was so seamless. The timeline Koral created was intuitive and well thought out. The day was orchestrated so beautifully that my husband and I forgot we helped planned this day too! Seeing our vision executed by Koral’s team was simply beautiful. Our wedding was kid friendly and we wanted to add a kid’s specific area for our wedding. We were able to add a design package with Koral because we had no idea what to do! Koral and her team create a mocked up design of a children’s play area and executed it perfectly! All of our guests with kids loved the idea! My husband and I even forgot there were kids at our wedding! Overall, Koral’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion for what she does created a magical day for my husband and I. We wholeheartedly recommend Koral & Ko to anyone in need of exceptional wedding coordination services. Thank you, Koral, for making our special day absolutely perfect!

My daughter got married this summer and Koral & Ko was exactly what we were looking for when we started to plan her wedding, They are super patient with all our questions during the planning process and during the days just prior to her wedding. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better team of professionals to make my daughters day the most amazing day ever. Koral is so sweet, so informative, patient, down to earth (which we needed with my daughters eyes in the sky) and personable! She became part of the process every step of the way, I felt like she was part of the family. Koral is the queen of wedding planning! My best friend's wedding went unbelievably smoothly thanks to her! She is incredibly professional and literally took all of the worries away from the bride. Her attention to detail is absolutely impeccable and she is very efficient. My BFF's wedding was gorgeous and she was 100% stress-free thanks to Koral! I cannot recommend her enough to help make your big day PERFECT. Not to mention she is the absolute sweetest person to work with!
