Celebrations by Brandi is an event planning team that believes your event should be stress-free, seamless and the one you have been dreaming of. Our team's experience producing amazing events is reflected in the rave reviews we have received from clients, their guests and vendors alike. Brandi utilizes her skills from her background in teaching and management to thoughtfully think through logistics and reception flow while effectively communicating with everyone involved and providing a sense of calm and ease. More than anything, Brandi & the entire team at Celebrations by Brandi love seeing you happy & celebrating with your favorite people.

We love what we do because we love giving our couples and their families and friends the opportunity to be in the moment with each other on this momentous occasion. Our mission is to provide service and guidance that allows everyone involved to experience planning and the wedding day without the stress that comes with it. Our main focus is on the people and their experience. We are able to provide a stress free day by being on top of everything, paying attention to every detail, and going out of our way to be team players with all the vendors involved.

Description

Full service planning begins at the very beginning and goes through to your planner being the last person to leave the venue after your wedding. We begin before you have your venue and guide you through every aspect of planning your wedding. We do all the work and provide you with options and you simply tell us yes or no.

Month-of-coordination is ideal for couples who have the wedding planned, but need help in the final 6 weeks managing the logistics & details, as well as the day. At this point the vendors are all beginning to contact you & final decisions are being made, but it is time for you to take off your planner hat & just enjoy this last phase of engagement & your day. In the 6 weeks we become an expert on your wedding & take the load off of you.

    I am so happy I came across Celebrations By Brandi in my search for a wedding planner. As most brides are, I was clueless on where to start and had no idea how much detail and planning goes into a wedding. Brandi put me at ease right off the bat from our 1st call. She is thorough, professional, and very detailed. She made my wedding day run so smoothly and made sure I was happy with everything I chose and even if I didnt, made it easy to make changes all the way up to the day of the wedding. She helped me pick my venue, dealt with all my vendors, handled day of payments, created a timeline so everyone in my wedding party always knew where they had to be. Overall, Brandi and her team were amazing and she was my Wedding Angel! I would hire her over and over again

    From the moment we booked Celebrations by Brandi for our wedding, their communication was always effective, responsive, and clear. Brandi and her team were incredibly professional, speedy, and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. On the day of our wedding, Brandi handled everything seamlessly, even going as far as grabbing us lunch before we arrived. She kept us informed of the schedule and details, but took care of it all behind the scenes so we could just enjoy the day. Brandi also had a second assistant helping her, which allowed them to get everything done efficiently. Having Brandi and her team there on the day of and leading up to it made the whole experience feel so easy and stress-free. We are so grateful for their excellent service and highly recommend Celebrations by Brandi to any couple planning their wedding.

    Wow! What can we say about Brandi? Literally everything, because she was that amazing! We came all the way from South Carolina without seeing anything in person, and we put our full trust into Brandi and her team. They FULLY delivered. On our wedding day, countless guests approached us to praise her professionalism, kindness, efficiency, and quick thinking. And that was just the wedding day! We experienced her exceptional service every step of the way. Brandi always took the time to truly understand my husband and me. She fought battles for us that we didn’t even know existed! Reaching the month of the wedding without feeling stressed was something I never thought possible, but it was truly magical. On the day of the wedding, I was dancing, singing, and basking in the excitement of marrying my husband because Brandi took care of EVERYTHING! She even gave my Maid of Honor a walkie-talkie to ensure clear and concise communication. To any future Mr. & Mrs. who don’t know where to turn, Brandi is your go-to! We are so blessed to have had her as our wedding planner and are filled with immense gratitude for her!

    We are so grateful for brandi! Because our contract said we had to have a wedding planner for the day.We thought we could just get one just to show.But after interviewing the first one, We knew we needed someone who would definitely care about our special day and all it's details. We interviewed for four others and we just didn't find what we were looking for: professionalism, attention to details, demeanor that showed they would have a quick command of our large bridal party- until we met Brandi!!! What a God sent! Upon meeting her, her genuine care for our wedding was felt immediately. My now husband and I were very organized and already had all the details we wanted.We just need someone excellent to execute them and Brandi did that and so much more. Right away, She contacted all of our vendors, grabbed all of our contracts and organized them. She had an awesome timeline made capturing every detail we explained to her. She was always available to talk or text when we had random questions and always gave thoughtful answers. During the rehearsal, she was in charge and fun! Her loving heart showed when I showed her my bridal bouquet that was full of sad white roses. She made it her mission to find me a new bouquet the day of the wedding! Went to four florists! Just for me! On the wedding day, Brandi and her assistants were excellently dressed in black and with walkies. They set-up my ballroom, beautifully drapped my arch, and aisle chairs just as I dreamed. She and her team were with us until the end. One of the best things we did for this wedding was getting Brandi on board. She's the epitome of small sacrifice BIG, BIG reward. She shows amd makes you feel that coordinating your wedding is her true passion and service. We loved her so much, we referred her to another friend and now her team will be at that wedding! Thank you so much Brandi and your team.
