I’m Brandi Bondurant, & I founded Celebrations by Brandi in 2021. Our team of five dedicated planners is passionate about guiding you through every step of your wedding journey, culminating in a day that’s as beautiful as it is memorable. When potential clients ask, “What sets you apart from other planners?” it’s a question I love to answer. For us, it’s simple: we are deeply service-oriented. Our greatest strength is being the calm in the storm—providing a steady presence that brings peace of mind throughout the planning process and on the big day itself. We’re here to support you, offering expert guidance so that you can enjoy the process.

Our ultimate goal is for you to be a guest at your own wedding, fully confident in what’s happening behind the scenes and able to focus on your fiance and your loved ones. Yes, we’re detail-oriented, craft thoughtful timelines, collaborate with incredible vendors, and will bring your vision to life with creativity and precision. But more than that, we truly care about you and your experience. Whether we’re designing your invitations or your timeline, every detail is crafted with the intention of serving you, so your day is as seamless and stress-free as possible. Description

Full service planning begins at the very beginning and goes through to your planner being the last person to leave the venue after your wedding. We begin before you have your venue and guide you through every aspect of planning your wedding. We do all the work and provide you with options and you simply tell us yes or no.

Month-of-coordination is ideal for couples who have the wedding planned, but need help in the final 6 weeks managing the logistics & details, as well as the day. At this point the vendors are all beginning to contact you & final decisions are being made, but it is time for you to take off your planner hat & just enjoy this last phase of engagement & your day. In the 6 weeks we become an expert on your wedding & take the load off of you.

    I have so many good things to say about Celebrations by Brandi aside from being AMAZING! First off, she is an wonderful human being. I knew from the beginning that she was the one! Talking with her was like to talking to a girlfriend. She is genuinely kind, warm, fun, and easy to talk to over the phone. I regretted not hiring her from the beginning because I went with another wedding planner (The W Event Planner) due to budget, which was the biggest mistake ever! I ended up losing my deposit with the other event planner, but it was all worth it when I finally got the planner I really wanted from the beginning. I was very grateful that Brandi was still available for my wedding and that she was kind and understanding enough to take me back after explaining what had happened with the previous wedding planner I hired. After that it was history! Brandi became the person to go to for any and all advice (psychological stuff too!). It was so easy to see her as a friend. Being able to fully trust her with every detail of my wedding just made wedding planning that much more less stressful and made the whole process much more fun and exciting. Throughout the whole process Brandi was always available to help calm nerves and offer effective solutions to all problems, big and small. She was always on hand, day or night, to offer support and guidance. I found the enormity of planning a wedding rather overwhelming at times, while trying to live up to the expectations of myself and others. She took away this worry on so many occasions. Her eye for detail, focus on perfection and wealth of knowledge on all things wedding was invaluable. On the day she was by our side with her assistant Victoria, making sure everything ran smoothly, and we trusted their organization and decision making on our very special day. Together, they did an amazing job! I couldn’t have asked for a better duo on my wedding day so if you are looking for a hugely talented lady, who genuinely cares about your wedding – almost as much as you do – then look no further because Celebrations by Brandi can and will deliver 110%. Thank you Brandi and Victoria, you really made our day the best day of our lives!

    My wedding was incredible thanks to Ray and Brandi. I hired them for the month-of-coordination and for the day of. Highly recommend, Brandi took the time to get to know my vision for my wedding day, before setting me up with Ray as our coordinator. Couldn’t be happier with how our wedding went!     I am so happy I came across Celebrations By Brandi in my search for a wedding planner. As most brides are, I was clueless on where to start and had no idea how much detail and planning goes into a wedding. Brandi put me at ease right off the bat from our 1st call. She is thorough, professional, and very detailed. She made my wedding day run so smoothly and made sure I was happy with everything I chose and even if I didnt, made it easy to make changes all the way up to the day of the wedding. She helped me pick my venue, dealt with all my vendors, handled day of payments, created a timeline so everyone in my wedding party always knew where they had to be. Overall, Brandi and her team were amazing and she was my Wedding Angel! I would hire her over and over again

    From the moment we booked Celebrations by Brandi for our wedding, their communication was always effective, responsive, and clear. Brandi and her team were incredibly professional, speedy, and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. On the day of our wedding, Brandi handled everything seamlessly, even going as far as grabbing us lunch before we arrived. She kept us informed of the schedule and details, but took care of it all behind the scenes so we could just enjoy the day. Brandi also had a second assistant helping her, which allowed them to get everything done efficiently. Having Brandi and her team there on the day of and leading up to it made the whole experience feel so easy and stress-free. We are so grateful for their excellent service and highly recommend Celebrations by Brandi to any couple planning their wedding.
