Having just had our wedding a few years ago, we understand the magic of love and the importance of every detail. We specialize in creating personalized weddings that reflect your personality. Unlike larger companies, we offer a hands-on approach, working closely with our couples to bring their vision to life! With experience in day-of coordinating and full planning, we focus on organization, clear communication and executing flawless events. Our goal is to make the planning process enjoyable and efficient so that you can focus on celebrating your special day with confidence! Because every love story deserves its happily ever after!

Description

This Happily Ever Package is having me as your fairy godmother so to speak! I help with everything from helping with vendor selections to figuring out your venue. I’m also your day of coordinator too! Having just been a bride, I remember what it’s like and I’ll be there for you every step of the way. You can book this package up to two years in advance down to the last minute.

With Partial Planning, I assume most of the vendors have been decided and booked. Here, I help with that 6 month mark stress and vendor/venue communications and coordinations. I also help find and book 2-3 vendors that aren’t booked yet. This price also includes day of coordination.

Unlimited text and emails, wedding day timeline creation, additional wedding day assistant, up to one hour of ceremony rehearsal coordination and day of wedding coordination.

    Choosing Kimberly's Ever After Planning as our day-of coordinator was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made. From the very first interaction, their communication was always timely, detailed, and friendly. Kimberly and her husband were truly passionate about their work, and it showed in every aspect of our day. They were punctual, flexible, and made the entire process fun and stress-free. I particularly enjoyed watching them quietly communicate with each other to coordinate big moments, like when they were waiting for their queue to open the big double doors for me to walk down the aisle. Getting to quietly witness that passion for their work put a smile on my face. Their obvious love for what they do was infectious and made our wedding day that much more amazing. It was also so convenient to rent our photobooth through Kimberly, it made for one less vendor for me to have to coordinate and it was great having the photobooth there for as long as we had coordinating. They brought fun props too!! I cannot recommend Kimberly's Ever After Planning highly enough!

    Kimberly’s Ever After Planning is the whole reason my day went so smoothly and I didn’t spend the whole day worrying. I hired Kimberly’s Ever After Planning for outside day of coordination for my Disneyland Hotel Wedding. From the moment I booked them, I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. I knew that my DIY & Personal items would be handled carefully and nobody from the wedding party or any guests would have to take time out of their day to set it up. I had lots of communication from Kimberly from the moment I booked with her until the wedding day. Kimberly and her husband Travis had the same venues as we did for their own wedding, plus she has worked many Disneyland weddings as a planner, so I knew she was someone I could trust to know all the details & peculiarities when having a Disneyland Wedding. On the day of the wedding I just showed Kimberly and Travis all the items I had, I had binned them up and labeled them, and they handled everything from then on. I didn’t need to worry about anything while I was getting my hair & makeup done because they were handling it all and updating me occasionally. Kimberly even ran to get a tide pen for me from my hotel room when I spilled cupcake on my white shirt! At the end of the reception, Kimberly & Travis packed up all my items and they were so smooth at it, I didn’t even notice them while I was dancing with my friends! I also hired Kimberly’s Ever After Planning for content creation, and once everything was set up, Kimberly and Travis got so much footage of behind the scenes, the ceremony, and reception footage. I didn’t know if I wanted to spend the money on a videographer & hiring them for content creation was a happy medium. I definitely recommend hiring Kimberly’s Ever After Planning, especially if you’re having a Disneyland Wedding. They know what they’re doing, and they’re going to take care of you, and care about making your day special just as much as you do.

    Kim and Travis went above and beyond to make our wedding the most magical day of our lives! They worked seamlessly alongside the Disneyland Hotel staff and got every detail exactly like we wanted. Planning sessions with Kim felt like I was chatting with an old friend, she made the whole process so easy and stress free! Our day went off without a hitch and we're so grateful for all of Kim and Travis' hard work!
