From Planning to Execution, I view everything as if it was my own event, so I strive for perfection in everything! I love to craft and can make anything that you need: Bridesmaids Gifts, Seating Charts, Hangover Kits, you name it, I can do it!

I love to see the happiness that these events bring you. Seeing you happy and smiling at the end of each planning session and day is what drives my passion. I never want you stressing about anything, put it on me! I want to be by your side for your: Bridal Shower, Bachelorette Party, Engagement Party, Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding, everything!     Samantha Vande Vegte and her team were incredibly organized and beautifully put together our entire wedding day. They went above and beyond in every way to ensure our special day went off without a hitch. Samantha personally made sure that every detail was attended to, from the gorgeous floral arrangements to the seamless timeline, so that my husband and I could simply enjoy ourselves and be present in the moment. I had the best time knowing that Samantha had organized everything exactly the way I had imagined it. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for making our wedding dreams a reality were evident throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend Samantha and her team highly enough.

    We loved Samantha! Although we didn’t know her before our wedding (we found her business online), by the end, she felt like a friend. We only had 8 months to plan, so Samantha was great about listening to every detail of what we wanted, setting firm boundaries with vendors, and providing suggestions from her years of experience that we would not have known otherwise, which eased a lot of our stress. On the wedding day, she and her team were incredible—efficient, hard-working, and made sure everything ran perfectly (coming from a very organized Type A bride!). They kept a perfect timeline and handled any delays from vendors or guests so we could relax and enjoy the day. Samantha treats her clients like friends she’s known forever, encouraging fun, setting up meaningful photos with guests, keeping the dance floor full, and ensuring drinks were flowing and food was served on time. We had so many compliments about how lucky we were to have such an amazing planner. I would recommend Samantha to anyone looking for the best to run their events, she’ll go above and beyond while making the entire process so fun!

    From the moment we started working with Samantha Vande Vegte, we knew we were in great hands. Her communication style was quick, hands-on, and extremely knowledgeable. Samantha's passion, happiness, creativity, and heartfelt approach truly shone through in every aspect of our wedding planning. We had initially told ourselves we didn't need a coordinator, but Samantha informed us of so many important details we never would have thought of on our own. She went above and beyond to ensure our special day ran smoothly, from arranging hors d'oeuvres between the ceremony and reception to keeping everything on a perfect timeline. We had time to fully enjoy ourselves and connect with our loved ones, all thanks to Samantha's incredible organizational skills and intuitive problem-solving. Samantha is honest, flexible, and so passionate about her work - you can tell she truly loves what she does. We would regret not hiring Samantha as our wedding coordinator, as she made our day absolutely perfect.
