Hi there! My name is Tess and I'm an affordable wedding and event coordinator in Orange County, California and surrounding areas. I specialize in Month-Of Coordinating and Day-Of Coordinating but love to help couples plan their weddings out as well and can help with vendor research and more. I also do micro weddings, event set up/tear down and other parties and events (bridal showers, engagement parties, birthdays etc.)

Timeless Events focus is on helping brides save money on their weddings but still have a beautiful, timeless and stress free wedding day! I know first hand how expensive weddings are and how hard it is to afford one as I experienced it back in 2018. I've been obsessed and interested in the wedding world ever since and bring a lot of knowledge and expertise to any event. I'd love to help you on your big day!     Tess is super chill and went through everything she needed to be able to coordinate the day of the wedding. We had just the right amount of phone calls etc in advance so I was able to relax and know everything would go as smooth as possible. Tess is very timely and a sweet person. Highly recommend!

    Tess is an old and dear friend of mine who is great at what she does! Upon getting engaged, I was very excited to have her as my wedding coordinator. She was organized and straightforward with the process as we planned the wedding and day of she went above and beyond setting up almost everything with some last-minute no-shows (oops!). The wedding was magical. I particularly appreciated her process and checklists that helped keep me on track for what needed to get done, and her gentle prodding when there was a timeline. When you're planning a wedding and everything is a flurry, having someone like Tess is an invaluable resource! I highly recommend her services.
