On your big day, we handle anything unexpected and troubleshoot last minute emergencies behind the scenes, so that you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Description	I come in 4-6 months before your wedding, review your contracts, give suggestions & expert advice, communicate with vendors you book throughout the process, collect their insurance. There are 5-7 meetings over Zoom to flush the timeline each time and walk through the venue. Any changes I relay to vendors and coordinate with wedding party. I make the master timeline. You also get a complimentary copy of my "ULTIMATE Wedding Planning Guide".	I come in 1-2 months before your wedding, review your contracts (I usually find something that needs revision or updates!) I then build a minute-by-minute master timeline which will be given to the vendors. We will have 3 meetings over Zoom to flush the timeline each time and have a walk through of the venue. The final month, I contact the vendors to confirm everything. I also give you a complimentary copy of "ULTIMATE Wedding Planning Guide".	I come in 1 month before your wedding, review any paperwork and vendor contracts needed. We will have 1-2 meetings over Zoom to flush the timeline. I run things the day of to make sure it's going smoothly. You also get a complimentary copy of my "ULTIMATE Wedding Planning Guide".

I had a wonderful experience working with Weddings By Trang for my recent wedding that I catered for. Her communication was efficient, fast, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of working logistics on the back end. The quality of her work and the value they provided was truly professional and creative. Trang was very responsive, reaching out early and sending us detailed information like a vendor map and load-in instructions, which made the logistics of our event at the Natural History Museum run smoothly. She effectively spread out more than 8 vendors throughout the venue. All the vendors had more than enough room to setup and serve. I'm so grateful for Trang and her team's hard work, and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Our team at Method Event Productions had the pleasure of providing staff for a wedding with Trang. From the very beginning she was extremely detail oriented. Before arriving to the venue, she provided each and every one of the vendors with incredible instruction on where to park, where to be, what our job details entailed, and a full timeline to work off of. She even included a video walking through where deliveries will be made ensuring everyone was on the same page with no questions day of. Not only is she incredibly prepared, she is extremely kind. She will make sure you have absolutely nothing to worry about and keep a smile on your face throughout the process! Weddings By Trang was an absolute gem to work with for our wedding. From the start, Trang's communication style was generous, organized, and she was always on top of everything. We cannot say enough good things about the quality of her work and the value she provided. Trang organized and kept track of all of our vendors, and she picked up all of our excess items in advance of the wedding, which really helped keep us sane throughout the process. Trang was an anchor for us and helped make our wedding as easy as possible - we don't know what we would have done without her!
