Jessie was exactly who we needed
I knew my granddaughter in Kansas needed help for her Texas wedding. After speaking to several wedding coordinators I sensed Jessie would be a good fit for us. A phone meeting was arranged between them and immediately Jessie took over the details my granddaughter desperately needed. It was extremely comforting to have Jessie’s expertise on board and her calm demeanor was a godsend. Her energy on wedding day was amazing and everything was so well coordinated and her finishing setup was beautiful. Even with an unexpected issue we faced she was quick to offer an alternate solution and I’ll always be grateful for that. Today is my granddaughter’s one month anniversary and a mix of wonderful memories surface and Jessie will always be a wonderful part of that day. You will not go wrong having her on board for your wedding planning. Thank you again Jessie.

From the moment we booked Fresh Capsule Vibes LLC for photography and day-of coordination, Jess became our go-to person for everything, keeping us updated constantly and handling all vendor communication so we didn't have to worry. Her team showed up on our wedding day ready to tackle anything that came our way—when our DJ arrived unprepared, they jumped in and fixed it, and when our venue coordinator kept pushing unapproved changes, they found creative solutions without missing a beat. What really stood out was how her entire team became like family to us, celebrating the good moments and working through the obstacles with genuine care. They were present for every detail and every hiccup, which gave us the peace of mind to actually enjoy ourselves. The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding
My husband, Justin, and I connected with Jesse in 2025 for day-of coordination and photography services, and from our very first call, we felt completely at ease. Her warmth, professionalism, and experience were exactly what we were looking for, and choosing Jesse and her team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Throughout the entire planning process Jesse was attentive, organized, and incredibly responsive. She made us feel supported every step of the way and gave us such peace of mind knowing that every detail was being thoughtfully handled with us, our venue, and our vendors. As our wedding approached, she helped ease so many of our nerves and ensured we felt confident and prepared going into the big day. On the wedding day itself, Jesse truly went above and beyond. She struck the perfect balance of being kind and personable while also confidently taking charge when needed. She kept our family, friends, and bridal party on track without ever making anything feel rushed or stressful. So many of our loved ones have raved about how smooth and well organized everything was, and that’s entirely thanks to Jesse and her team’s ability to execute our timeline flawlessly. The FCV team brought such an incredible energy to our cocktail hour and reception. They not only executed our vision perfectly, but elevated it in ways we didn’t even imagine. Every detail from the setup to the flow of the evening felt intentional, seamless, and beautifully done. During our final meeting, Jesse took the time to walk through every detail with us. She answered all of our lingering questions and brought up thoughtful suggestions, ideas, and logistics we hadn’t even considered. That level of care and attention made us feel so taken care of and truly set her apart. Her photography team was just as amazing. They were professional, efficient, and so easy to work with. They made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure every important moment was captured along with so many candid, meaningful moments we’ll cherish forever. What stood out most was how genuinely invested Jesse and her team were in making our day special. It never felt transactional, they truly cared about us, our families, and our experience. That meant everything. If we ever plan another big event, there is no question we will be working with Jesse and the FCV team again. We cannot recommend them highly enough and will always be so grateful to have had them by our side on one of the most important days of our lives.

Fun and Professional Photo and Video Team
Working as a second shooter with Fresh Capsule Vibes was a great experience. Jesse and her team run a very organized and thoughtful operation. Communication was always quick, clear, and professional, which made the entire wedding day flow smoothly for everyone on the vendor team. From a photographer’s perspective, the quality of their work really stands out. Their approach is cinematic and artistic, but also very reliable and well-structured. Jesse is intentional about capturing meaningful moments while still keeping the timeline on track, which makes it easy for the team to do their best work. One thing I especially appreciated was how well they coordinated with other vendors. For example, Jesse worked closely with the DJ to organize group photos with the couple before dinner and to help plan a sparkler exit at the end of the night that photographed beautifully. Those kinds of details make a big difference in the final gallery and video. Overall, Fresh Capsule Vibes LLC is a highly professional and experienced team, and I’d happily work alongside them again.
