Krysta and her team were an absolute dream to work with! I ended up getting the package where they took over vendor communications 3 months before the wedding and that alone saved us so much stress. Her bubbly personality and on point organization skills helped to make everything leading up to the wedding less stressful. She asked us all the right questions as well as the ones we didn’t know we had to worry about, and had a plan for incorporating the Mexican traditions we wanted to have into the schedule(ie. Dollar dance, La Vibora de la Mar/snake dance song, mariachi). At the beginning of our 3 month meetup, we already had a wedding timeline, the VIP(wedding court) list down, as well as plans for our decor. This was so handy when following up with vendors about timeline and overall plans. There was only a little miscommunication around rehearsal dinner expectations, but we were able to figure out a plan to rehearse with our bridal party the day of the wedding. Come wedding day, I was blown away by the work her and her team did to set up our reception area - from hanging the papel picado, to the pinata in the center, to setting all the dinner and dessert tables - I was in tears seeing it all come together. Her and her team also ran the wedding so smoothly and handled any little hiccups with grace. I cannot emphasize enough how hard her and her team worked to make sure my husband and I enjoyed ourselves the entire time. I cannot stress how important it is to hire the right coordinator to ensure your wedding runs smoothly! Please hire Krysta and her team - you definitely won’t regret it!

We got married on April 19th, 2024 in Bishop Arts District and everything went super smoothly thanks to the lead coordinator Tera and her team! We could not be more grateful for their services. I knew a coordinator was something that I wanted since our venue sis not have a get ready space (so I couldn't be onsite at the venue until an hour before we were getting married) and they were able to be onsite to make sure everything was going smoothly. She was able to help with setting up the small things we had at the venue and take off all the stress in the last few months I had before the big day. If you are on the fence about getting a coordinator, I would say go for it! And Veil and Vine were very professional and reasonably priced for it!

I want to begin by saying that I was hesitant when choosing a wedding coordinator because some that I had spoken with before weren't open to my vision for our wedding. Mackenzie right off the bat was just a spark of joy and a light in the wedding planning process! She was able to set up a meeting over zoom and instantly, I knew she was different. She was so supportive of our dreams for our day and really helped bring everything to life! She assisted with small things I probably would have never thought of as well as big things I knew would stress me out. From decor to communication with vendors to literally making sure she brought us our plate of food personally to our sweet heart table, Mackenzie was an excellent source of help. She was our day of coordinator but in reality she was so much more. She took care of us and made sure we were priority so we could soak in all the joy it is to have a wedding without the stress. She flawlessly executed our version of a Rustic Cinderella theme, and she took every one of our October Wedding dreams and made them come true. Megan is not only a person with great communication skills, but she's an artist in herself what she created from just a few words to this day, gosmacks me. From the vendors she recommended I am so grateful to the location. She is filtered to the absolute best experience for a bride and groom possible in our area. I know this because my daughter got married and my experience for a Vow renewal even surpassed my daughters. Honestly getting a wedding planner is totally worth it and you will never regret using it takes the pressure off. UnBiehlievable Weddings it is a class above. I'm serious about that. Alex helped make the lead up to our wedding just about as frictionless as a couple could have wished for! She was punctual with communication with us as well as our vendors. She walked us through the timeline and listened to our own thoughts and made sure our vision came a reality. She made sure to keep us in the loop on issues that needed our attention, but was able to handle plenty on her own during the wedding day itself. She was truly such a huge help and I can’t recommend her services enough!! Consistently went above and beyond for us and we could have been happier! Additionally, Dre’s assistance on the day of was great! He was able to pick up where needed and was a huge help when it came to getting those final details in place. Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.
