In addition to the offerings in the Turquoise Package, this Package includes Full Wedding Management, Budget Management Resources, Planning Timeline, Vendor Contract Review, Assistance in Vendor Quotes and Selection, Seating Chart & Floor Plan Creation, Up to 2 hours of Rehearsal Coordination, and Five Consultations Leading Up to the Big Day.	Taking over vendor communication a month out, the Turquoise Blue package might be for you! This package includes everything from the Baby Blue package in addition to up to 12 hours of coordination and a venue walkthrough.	Planning your own wedding but want some additional support on the big day? I'm here for ya! My base package includes: Up to 10 hours of Day of Coordination, Vendor Communication Take Over 7 days Prior to the Big Day, Creation and Management of Timeline, Main Point of Contact for Vendors, Guests, and Wedding Party, Assistance with Decor Set Up and Take Down, One Consultation Month of Wedding, and Unlimited Text & Communication!

Mackenzie was a lifesaver from start to finish! She was incredibly responsive, always answering my questions quickly, and even hopping on phone calls when needed. She kept everything on track, made real-time adjustments to ensure the day flowed smoothly, and created a timeline that kept everyone in the loop. I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator!

Mackenzie is the best!! She went above and beyond to make sure our big day ran smoothly. She worked with all of our vendors to ensure the timeline was followed and everything was set up to our expectations. I’m a type A perfectionist, and, with her, I was able to be at-ease on our wedding day. I highlyyyy recommend booking with Mac & Co. Planning - it is very much worth the investment!

From the moment I booked with Mackenzie, she was so helpful! She was always quick to respond, gave me vendor recommendations and helpful tips, and took care of so many things behind the scenes! She is adaptable, trustworthy, and a great listener! In every interaction we had, she was thoughtful and honest and our wedding day was exactly what we dreamed it would be because of her! She made sure we ate, helped with set up/tear down, helped bustle my dress, and SO MUCH MORE to make sure everything ran smoothly. Seriously, we couldn’t have done it without her! Every bride needs a Mackenzie and we are so thankful to have been able to work with her!

I was searching for a wedding coordinator when Mackenzie came highly recommended by another coordinator in a wedding Facebook group, and I couldn’t be more grateful for that recommendation. From our very first email exchange, Mackenzie was accommodating, transparent with pricing, and made the entire process feel effortless. During our first meeting, it was obvious how much she genuinely cares about the couples she works with, and she puts her whole heart into every detail. Even though I hired her as a month-of coordinator, Mackenzie was readily available throughout the entire planning process. She was quick to respond to my texts, offer helpful ideas, and answer any questions I had along the way. If I overlooked something, she always had a thoughtful suggestion, and if one of my ideas didn’t seem feasible, she provided her honest feedback based on her wealth of experience. Her insights were invaluable and always came with a better solution. On our wedding day, which happened to be one of the hottest days of the season, Mackenzie was an absolute trooper. She kept everything running smoothly, made sure we were comfortable, and allowed us the space to put our final personal touches on things. Her dedication, commitment, and professionalism were beyond impressive, and I can confidently say that our day wouldn’t have been the same without her. Mackenzie truly made our wedding day perfect, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly!
