KRYSTA IS A GEM!!!
Planning a Texas wedding from NYC was no small task, and I can confidently say that hiring Krysta as our wedding planner was the best decision we made. From the moment we brought her on board, she became an absolute rock in our planning process. Her quirky and lovely personality made the entire experience enjoyable, and her ability to stay laser-focused on tasks while getting them done quickly was a game changer. Krysta was there to guide us every step of the way, and she seamlessly took the reins about four months out from the wedding, allowing me to finally breathe a little. She worked flawlessly with all our vendors, even helping us find and communicate with them. Despite the distance, she was more than willing to meet in person whenever I was in town, and she was always on top of texting me back, especially when wedding anxiety hit. The day of the wedding, Krysta came in full force with her team of assistants and made sure every detail was set. With over 20 vendors and staff involved, there were countless moving parts, but Krysta handled it all like an absolute pro. Any mishaps were dealt with swiftly and gracefully, to the point where I didn’t even have to worry. As a Type A bride, she was everything I needed—she respected my need to be involved and, at the same time, was always five steps ahead when it came to questions or ensuring things ran smoothly. Even after the wedding, when we had some issues with vendors, Krysta provided unwavering support. She jumped on video calls with us, backed us up, and continued to hold our hands through the post-wedding process until we were fully ready to move on. Krysta and her team are the reason our wedding was perfect, and we will forever be grateful. We love you, Krysta! Thank you for being the rockstar wedding planner that you are!

Krysta and her team were an absolute dream to work with! I ended up getting the package where they took over vendor communications 3 months before the wedding and that alone saved us so much stress. Her bubbly personality and on point organization skills helped to make everything leading up to the wedding less stressful. She asked us all the right questions as well as the ones we didn’t know we had to worry about, and had a plan for incorporating the Mexican traditions we wanted to have into the schedule(ie. Dollar dance, La Vibora de la Mar/snake dance song, mariachi). At the beginning of our 3 month meetup, we already had a wedding timeline, the VIP(wedding court) list down, as well as plans for our decor. This was so handy when following up with vendors about timeline and overall plans. There was only a little miscommunication around rehearsal dinner expectations, but we were able to figure out a plan to rehearse with our bridal party the day of the wedding. Come wedding day, I was blown away by the work her and her team did to set up our reception area - from hanging the papel picado, to the pinata in the center, to setting all the dinner and dessert tables - I was in tears seeing it all come together. Her and her team also ran the wedding so smoothly and handled any little hiccups with grace. I cannot emphasize enough how hard her and her team worked to make sure my husband and I enjoyed ourselves the entire time. I cannot stress how important it is to hire the right coordinator to ensure your wedding runs smoothly! Please hire Krysta and her team - you definitely won’t regret it!
One of the best decisions for our wedding day
Krysta was SO SO amazing for our intimate wedding of 45 people. I can't imagine not having had her there for the day and the month leading up to the wedding. She was so easy to work with and answered every question I had.
Couldn't have asked for a better coordinator!
I'm a type-A person and I typically like to do everything myself, so I was skeptical about getting a wedding planner/coordinator. However, my venue required me to have a month of planner and I am SO glad I chose to work with Krysta! This is the first wedding I've planned so of course, Krysta's experience was invaluable. There were things that came up that I wouldn't have thought of and Krysta would already have a solution for it. She came in prepared, professional, and shared the joy and excitement with me the entire way. On the day of, I did as she asked- just enjoyed every moment without a care! It wasn't until after that I sat back and reflected on how much work Krysta put in to my day that I didn't even realize in the moment! I had relatives who can be a bit pushy about particular things. Krysta took one look at me and I never heard about it for the rest of the night! Apparently my cake was a melting disaster, so my MOH told Krysta about it and she problem solved with my florist (also recommended by Krysta!). It turned out more beautiful than the original! They had used the florist's and my left over flowers to cover up the melting icing and arranged it beautifully. Everything ran on schedule, the day ran smoothly, and I didn't have to lift a single finger. I couldn't thank Krysta enough for all the hard work she did. So much of her work went unnoticed that day, but everything she did was so impactful. She was so easy to work with, so knowledgeable, flexible, understanding, and most importantly, she made the whole process so much less stressful. Every call I had with her felt exciting and motivating rather than the daunting stress I felt planning on my own. Thank you thank you so much, Krysta!! I honestly couldn't recommend Krysta enough!!
